Extremely pleased with my new leather suite from Belgica. Quality furniture and first class sales service even down to the delivery guys.

The shop itself is well worth a visit. We have bought a number of pieces of furniture which have been of great quality and which I love.
The delivery men who also assemble the furniture and take away all the packaging have always been brilliant and way above any others I have experienced.

The delivery of my sofas today was great. Despite the snow and cold conditions the staff members quickly and efficiently delivered both sofas well.
Both staff members adhered to social distancing guidelines and wore masks for the entire time. I cannot fault their service, and will definitely recommend to others.

This is the second time I have used Belgica over a six year period. The product range and quality are exceptional. Their depth and knowledge of the product range is amazing. Anything you can imagine they can source! Nothing is too much trouble. The customer service is excellent, they hold your hand at every stage of the journey regardless of order size. The delivery team are brilliant, just sat back and watched it all be positioned expertly with all of the packaging removed. The fabulous interior design service offering is a key service proposition for Beligica and if you have the opportunity, definitely explore. From beginning to end, from the last time to this time, simply the best!!!

In Feb.2019 I ordered and paid in full to have a Calligaris Highboard from Belgica Furniture in Bo'Ness. This was delivered on Thurs.25th April,2019.The unit was brought into my house,built by the delivery guy with another fetching and carrying for him.They placed into position against my dining room wall where it remained until it was eased from the wall by approx.3ft to allow preparation for my decorator to do work.4days after delivery we were away on holiday for a month ,all of May,2019.I discovered damage to the unit on 3rd of July and immediately tel.Belgica to report the damage.Iwas assured at customer services of their excellent customer care which was not the case in my experience.Many letters back and forth between myself and,director and owner of Belgica got me nowhere!!!!!To cut a long and stressful story I eventually proceeded to take out an action through Simple Procedure.My case went to a hearing at Perth Sheriff Court in January 2020 then to then appear in court again on 20th March .Eventually the Sheriff found in MY favour after considering all facts and evidence.Due to Covid 19 and lockdown the Judgement and Decision was delayed.Belgica eventually tel.wanting to come the next day to take back the damaged Highboard and after that they would pay the money back into our bank account,he, don't think so,that's jot how it works.!!!! got another person to deal with us,wonder why he could not find it within himself to speak with me.He comes across in my opinion as a very arrogant "man".The piece of Furniture will now at my convenience is being collected this Fri.However I did point out to Belgica that in the Sheriff's judgement and decision letters there was NO mention that Belgica were entitled to have the damaged piece returned.I have no doubt they will sell it .The delivery team concealed this damage from me at time of delivery.So my advice to anyone considering making a purchase from this company be extremely buyer beware and thoroughly inspect their purchase before the delivery team leave your property.This has been an extremely horrendous and stressful experience from Belgica as I put my trust and good faith in them.Having suggested and accused me of causing the damage was a slight to my integrity.He also suggested after that my decorator could have done the damage.I found that odd as I reported the damage on the 3rd.of July and my decorator did Not come to my house to start the decorating till the 8th of July!!!!!!I only hope that Belgica learn from this but I doubt it and also that mo other person has to go through what I went through.

Very pleased with the items we purchased from Belgica. Staff in showroom were very helpful and had good knowledge of the products. Delivery was on time as stated. The two delivery men assembled TV unit and dining table in a very professional, efficient and polite manner. All packaging was removed, nothing was a problem to them. Would definitely recommend Belgica for good quality furniture.

Well priced and kept upto date with the situation with my chair. Delivery was smooth and on time.

Terrible Customer Service - left us with no Furniture to use until we source two new sofas.
What a shambles of a Company. Ordered two x 2 seater sofas on 18 March, understandably delayed by Covid. Belgica advised at end of May that delivery would be early June. A further call in June advised that they had made a mistake and that it would now be early July.
Belgica called on 10 July to advise that the sofas had been recd by them and that payment was now due with delivery scheduled for 14 July (1200-1600). Payment was made on 10 July.
To create space we got rid of our old furniture on 13 July.
Then one hour before delivery was due, Belgica called to advise that they only had ONE of the Sofas. Why did they not check the arrival of the delivery of BOTH sofas to them on 10 July? Why take payment when they did not have the full order? Complete Process failure on their part. We would not have got rid of our furniture if they had told us the truth on 10 July, nor would we have paid up.
We were told that they would reorder a second one but delivery to them would be approx 17 August.
We asked for two sofas to be reordered to ensure same batch colour and to ensure the two sofas would be exactly the same at time of delivery.
Belgica advised that they could not deliver the one they had today as it would have to be binned in 6 weeks time due to Covid. we were offered a showroom sofa (God knows how many people had sat on that !! ) but we refused this for the same reason - due to Covid. Apparently OK for Belgica to offer us a showroom sofa but cant deliver the one they had today just in case it is contaminated by Covid in 6 weeks time. Seems Covid only works one way !!
Belgica were unreasonable and unhelpful so the Sofa order was cancelled and we are now left with no furniture. Can you imagine as a Pensioner how we feel especially as all the fault and process failures lie with Belgica. The Owner was involved in the disciussions and needs to take a very hard look at the many process failures within his Company. Through no fault of ours we are left with no furniture for a few weeks.
Terrible Customer service and would not recommend Belgica to anyone. One of the worst Companies to deal with in Scotland.

Always a great experience shopoing at Belgica. Beautiful range and all of a very high standard. Staff are lovely to deal with. Had regular updates and delivery was prompt and efficient. Can't wait to buy more furniture there.

Great service in shop, good prices as had quite elsewhere, due to the coronavirus there was a delay but was kept up to date regularly, delivered within 2 days of arriving from Germany, good delivery guys, built units and disposed all packaging ,

I purchased a sofa in January due for delivery late March early April. Secondary to the pandemic this was understandably delayed which was disappointing.

However, the customer service has been impeccable - in particular Kiera the customer service associate. I was regularly updated with honest information which was greatly appreciated.

The sofa has now been delivered efficiently and with social distancing maintained so many thanks to the delivery men. I am very happy with the service I have been provided with and would recommend Belgica to friends and family.
