I had a genuinely excellent experience working with Alain at Belgium Diamonds on my engagement ring.

This was obviously a very important purchase for me, and from the beginning Alain took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, my budget, the style of the ring and what mattered most to me in the center stone.

He showed me different diamond options, explained the differences clearly and honestly, and helped me compare everything without making the process feel rushed or pressured. In the end, we found a beautiful natural GIA diamond that matched what I was looking for extremely well, both in terms of quality and budget.

We also worked on a custom 18K gold engagement ring design with pavé and a lotus-inspired setting. I had quite a specific vision and a lot of small details that were important to me, and Alain was always available to discuss them, communicate with the jeweller and help move the design in the right direction.

What I appreciated most was the combination of professionalism and personal communication. You can immediately feel that he has many years of experience in the diamond business, but at the same time the communication stays friendly, straightforward and human.
