12.06.2026 - One of the worst customer support experiences I have ever encountered.
I placed an order more than 10 days ago, and it has still not been delivered. According to the order tracking information, the status remains “Under Process” with no meaningful updates.
When I contacted customer support multiple times, I received nothing more than standard scripted responses such as, “We are sorry,” “We apologize for the inconvenience,” “We are investigating the issue,” and “We have escalated your concern.” Unfortunately, despite these assurances, no actual resolution or clear timeline has been provided.
The lack of accountability, communication, and customer care is extremely disappointing. As a customer, I expected timely updates and effective support, neither of which have been provided.
I strongly recommend that potential customers think carefully before placing an order with this company, as the post-purchase support experience has been highly unsatisfactory. 👎🏼
