I wish I'd read the reviews on this earlier, except they don't give you the real company name. The 3D dinosaur blanket is a joke. It is nothing like it's advertised and it's shipped from China, not the US, as stated. There's nowhere to return the blanket. I am disputing this with my cc company for this false advertising. DO NOT BUY!

I would give it -0 if I could. I order their "3D dinosaur Blanket" for my Great Grandson who loves dinosaurs! The ad shows it as a blanket with dinosaur heads attached like stuffed animals. I received a cheap thin polyester FLAT blanket! They charged me $39.95 plus shipping for something that might cost $10! (and that's being generous ) I've written them but haven't heard back yet. I'm thinking from other reviews, that I probably won't !

If I could give fewer stars I would. This company is nothing but a scam. They don’t provide any services. You can’t get a hold of them. They stiff you on your money and I can’t believe that YouTube would even allow this type of company do business on their platform shame on both you scammers!!!

Company advertises products and ships something completely different. My experience is the same as others note below. They tell you they sent what you ordered, which they did not, and continue to advertise the same product online. Total scammers! How are they still in business considering they've apparently been fraudulently operating for years! BTW - the 800-961-7813 phone number doesn't work either.

this sight is a total scam. i placed an order Nov.28 2025 it
didn't get here until jan # 3 2026 not onlydid it take forever to b e deliverd it wasent what i had orderd at all.and they give the wrong name o9f their website, making it difficult to place a complaint. I was able to get some satisfaction by calling my credit card company. STAY AWAY.

Ordered a drone, they showed an advanced drone with full features and a large control screen. What came was a cheap toy, the offer was a fraud. I tried writing Customer Service twice, no response and their customer service phone number is disconnected.

I found out they were using pictures for a woman who ran an Etsy store. I ordered in October and I received it at the end of November. What I received was nothing close to what they advertised. It was disappointing to say the least.

I had a charge appear on my credit card from bellsly. It was not approved by me. I don't Even know what the company is or sells. When I tried to contact them on numerous numbers and emails that I found. Can't ever get thru to a live person it just rings and rings or hangs up on you. I left several messages with no response over the course of 3 weeks!!!!!!!!SCAM AND FRAUDULENT CHARGES!!!!!

Seems very sketchy. Two mysterious charges appeared on credit card bill. Called to inquire & make sure it wasn't a legit charge to an unfamiliar company name or similar. Only two choices in auto attendent, neither work or get you to customer service. When you press "0", it disconnects. Not much choice other than dispute the charge with bank.

Received my order and it was nothing close to what I ordered. When I called the company I was told they cannot guarantee that I receive the exact item I ordered. Excuse me? Then why would a person place an order on an item? They refused to give my money back. Absolute SCAM!

product not as shown on website. tried to return the product for credit or replacement. You will NOT get to talk to a person. Impossible to return items. Turns out there is a chain of companies all of which are scams. Products sold under one name (Timbelly), billing is by another company (Bellsly). Shipped from China. Total scam. Be aware!

Bellsly Co. does not comply with it's stated return/refund policy. When contacted for a refund and return of the merchandise they were evasive, and offered a reduced refund and stated we could keep the product. We insisted on a full refund and to return the merchandise. The product arrived late and we had disputed the charge with our bank as product not received. Bellsly responded that the product was delivered not stating it was delivered over 20 days late. Do not do business with Bellsly or their sister co. Dunely. If one does they do so at their own peril
