It’s unfortunate that some people overlook the instructions on the free course page, where I explicitly mention that after enrolling, you should simply click the menu button, navigate to the "Free Course Students Portal," and begin your journey from there. Additionally, the confirmation email you received included a direct link to your student dashboard—simply clicking that link allows you to start the course.
I find it disheartening to spend time addressing something that feels redundant, but I sincerely hope this response helps you access the course and reconsider your feedback.

Ordering a Fine Singing Bowl from Bells of Bliss
I ordered the Singing Bowl just from reading description and listening to the sound. The sound from all the different bowls were recorded and the player was next to the description. This feature of the website was very instrumental in me making my purchase because without a sample of the sound how would you know what you were getting? Most sites selling bowls and gongs did not have recordings of their merchandise.

I initially had trouble accessing the course and left a 1-star review. However, Guy reached out promptly and kindly guided me through the process. I'm glad he did because from what I’ve done so far, it’s incredibly detailed and thorough—more comprehensive than any other free resource I’ve come across. The practical care part is important for me because I live near the ocean where everything gets corroded very fast. I look forward to learning more and using my D A F bowls with my yoga students :)
