Poor delivery / none delivery
I ordered some items and was told 3 parcels would be delivered. Only one was delivered.
After a lot of effort I got confirmation that delivery of the other 2 parcels would arrive today.
Only one parcel arrived and again I have put a lot of effort in to be told the 3rd parcel will arrive tomorrow.
I don't know if it will be delivered based on history.
I have not checked the delivered items so cannot say on quality.
However this company based out of Canada uses a third party UK warehousing logistics service which does not work very well. On this basis I cannot recommend this company due to the poor and incomplete delivery / none delivery regardless of product quality.
I understand if you are local to the warehouse you can collect which may be ok for nearby customers.
Hopefully I will get my order fulfilled tomorrow
I have edited my review from 1 star to 4 stars as the company was professional in addressing the shipping issue and I believe they put the customer at the top of there priorities. They sent a new shipment by a different courier DPD which arrived as expected.
