Commande non reçue et service client totalement injoignable.
Le livreur indique ne pas avoir trouvé mon adresse, ce qui est déjà problématique, mais le pire reste l’absence totale de support derrière. L’adresse e-mail indiquée sur votre site est incorrecte (message non délivré) et mes relances sur Instagram restent

impossible d’obtenir une solution, aucune communication et aucune assistance.
J’attends un retour rapide et une vraie prise en charge de mon problème.

Iniziamo con la spedizione veloce e ben preparata: tutti i prodotti ben imballati e messi in sicurezza da danni da corriere. Poi la qualità dei prodotti è ottima, dopo molti shampoo per cani anche molto costosi di note marche mi sono imbattuta in questi prodotti che , vista la dermatite di entrambi i cani, hanno contribuito a migliorare e guarire il manto delicato dei miei shihtzu .

No response to two emails and a message sent to their Instagram account regarding returning an order and cancelling a subscription. I'm now requesting a charge back from my bank for the order. Unacceptable lack of customer service.

Le produit pour les dents est arrivé scellé, mais le spray n était pas correctement fermé, du coup le produit ne contenait que 1/3 du produit , et aucun retour de la firme par mail....

On the 25th of October 2025, nearly 7 weeks ago I ordered 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners for my chihuahua dogs. I received an acknowledgement of my order and £40.00 taken out of my debit card. After a month waiting, I have sent over 4 emails and sent 2 messages on their Instagram page. No responses. I asked for a full refund of my £40 so the transaction can be cancelled, as customer services is not looking promising. I want my money returned. Highly disappointed. Does not even deserve one star. I have receit as proof of purchase. #26059

Wir hatten schon einmal das Hundeshampoo von BellyDog und waren sehr angetan. Das Shampoo wäscht nicht nur sauber und hat einen angenehmen Geruch, das allerbeste ist.... Es wäscht die Hundehaare von unseren Yorkshire Terrier super weich. Das Kämmen was er so sehr hasst gelingt viel besser. Kein Ziepen mehr. Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter. Vielen Dank für Ihr Produkt.

Sehr gutes Mittel

Für mich die beste Pfotencreme - sie lässt sich sehr leicht und schnell auftragen, macht keine Fett-Abdrücke auf dem Boden, ist aber dennoch sehr pflegend. Leider etwas hochpreisig, aber ich habe kein besseres Produkt für meine Bedürfnisse gefunden und bin daher "zurückgekehrt".
