Without a doubt the best cover we have had. Great quality, well made. A bit expensive but worth it

Great product, but customer service could do with massive improvement. Once order placed & paid for there was very little further communication. Not even an order confirmation!!

I was able to communicate with a knowledgeable member of staff who was very helpful and arranged to have delivered the spare part that I required.

Everything arrived on time delivery guys dropped it where i wanted it, just waiting on some sunshine to put it together when the good weather comes thank you. Only point is can't see any instructions

goods ordered 25/01/2025 not delivered, a second consignment resent still not delivered, been advised a third consignment will be dispatched by 21/02/2025 or a refund will be supplied.

Good products, superb delivery

We have a cantilever canopy. After leaving it up in a storm (within the warranty period) one of the frame joints failed. After contacting Belveo we were sent a replacement part within 7 days which was easy to fit.

Nice quality product and described very well on the website and delivered within the given timeframe.

Straight forward order and very easy assembly. We got the big wheeled Kona base and filled with water and sand as suggested. We live in a very gusty area and it seems to cope reasonably well. Still took it down each night. Looks great. Very smart and solid. As good as can be expected. Good value for the price. Cover is good. All in all 5stars.

Quick delivery, easy set up (needs 2 people) and works a treat - thoroughly enjoying it

I’m not happy with the parasol as the square base is large and misaligned with the parasol so it looks odd.
Also the movement in gentle wind causes creaking which is noisy .
The team have given advice but can not rectify the misalignment . We are trying some ideas re the noise . I fed this back after initial uses but it has been a poor summer I had not used immediately . This meant I had had parasol 6 weeks so Belveo would not refund me and could not solve problems so I am left with a £900 parasol which is noisy and looks odd . So not very happy .

Our original (costly) parasol suffered a small broken part and couldn’t be repaired. The cheaper replacement lasted 15minutes and broke in a breeze.
I then looked for a replacement that would cope with some wind and could be repaired. We’re delighted with our choice and the wheeled base was perfect. Customer service is as good as the product

Website and ordering went well with no problems, Quick delivery, very good quality item delivered in good packaging.

Parasol delivered within five days, all in good order. Assembled quite quickly, but the hexagonal crank was missing to raise and lower the Ponant base. Emailed Belveo on 15 Aug, but its a bank holiday in France, tried again the next day, someone replied very quickly, apologised and promised one would be in the post. Sure enough a couple of days later the crank handle was delivered. Everything works as it should. The cover works well too with a 'stick' to help getting it over the top of the parasol.
Appears to be excellent quality and quite robust. Just need some sunshine now!

Ordered 2 of the Mistral 3x4m - Olefin, along with the 2 Kona bases on wheels, order value over £2300, both items arrived damaged, one of the parasols had holes in and one of the water containers (for the base) was split and didn't hold water, Bought for an event we're holding and need replacement items, slow to respond and still waiting for them to exchange the items or give me some news on what's happening.

The delivery was short of key items so parasol is unusable. Have tried repeatably to contact Belveo but nobody ever responds.
