I wanted to sell some of my Funkos to make room and gotta say the whole experience was super easy and stress free. Got in contact via email and Carl got back in touch very quickly. Told me everything I needed to do, sent over collection barcodes and gave me all the information needed. Cost me nothing to get them sent across and had the money in my account a week later and was a reasonable amount too.

Hi .
I had a collection of pops which I wanted to sell, contacted the firm & arranged with Carl to have them collected .
Gave me a approx value , depended on final condition etc .
Arranged delivery labels , dropped off parcels at DPD pick up & they were there within a day .
Got an accurate quote back , & they returned the ones they were unable to sell at a readonable costs.
Just now waiting for payment .

Would recommend using this company , very good communication with them .

The returns policy is a total scam! You only have 3 days to return, you're only allowed a "credit note" or an exchange, if you opt for the credit note you only get 6 months before it expires, and you're not able to use it online - only in that specific store! I've never seen a more strict returns policy, and we weren't told about it when buying. I won't be shopping here again.

Great company, had some funkos I collected over time when I had space for them, ran out and emailed over these guys and they smashed it. 25 Funko pops and gave me a great price for them. More than happy with the service and team!

I had a collection around 25 Funko Pops that I wanted to sell in bulk as didn’t want to list them all individually. I emailed with Carl at Be More Geek! who was super responsive, helpful and transparent throughout the whole process. BMG! arranged the postage and sent me a QR code, I just had to package up the Pops and take the boxes to my local drop off point. They arrived at their store the following day and I was provided with a final valuation. Super happy with this service and made selling my collection so much simpler. Would highly recommend! :)

The staff were all really helpful both online and in store they made the process really easy of selling pops and giving me a quote. Even though it was busy they managed to check and get my stuff sorted within a few a hours which was not expected at all! They gave an option for any unsellable pops to collect pr dispose of which is great i was able to get them to dispose of mine for me. I would definitely recommend any friends and family if they're looking to sell or get rid of pops

Be cautious when buying their loose Japanese packs. They are very easy to find the hit packs nowadays without ripping and as an experiment I recently bought 40 packs of all different assortments from the eldon square store and I picked up one ex. Statistically off 🤨

*Update since their reply. I’m not disappointed as they have claimed as it was a mere experiment to test their stock as there has been other claims made in the tcg community about this particular store and mathematically buying 40 packs and receiving one hit is an anomaly. I hope that better helps.

Really responsive company, prompt replies to the emails. Lee was really helpful when he picked up my Pops. Arrived at the time quoted, was informative, friendly and really professional. Carl was also prompt with a price for the Pops I was selling. Exceptional service and will definitely deal with them again, first class service.

I’ve been a loyal customer with Be More Geek. Having spent thousands of pounds clearly means nothing to them. They never had any issues with me. Unfortunately I’m disappointed at Paul’s response to a figures limb unexpectedly snapping and then using the “accidental damage” line when I know for a certain fact that’s not the case at all. I’m a collector and take pride of my items I spend high amounts on. Given this response from Paul this warrants my 1 star review. I had trusted this company for so long and had no issues but unfortunately the trust has now ended and I don’t trust them when an item breaks through no fault of my own and they refuse to do anything about it.

Would’ve give zero stars if possible, refund available but only as credit note, paid cash and wanted cash refund. Why isn’t this stated at time of purchase?Would this really be so difficult?
