The item turned out great. I was disappointed that it was not made in the USA. The support addresses led me to believe it was, being in Colorado. You should make that a little clearer that they're coming from China.

I ordered a canvas but forgot to include my pet’s name. I missed an email from the company saying they’d proceed without the name if I didn’t respond within 24 hours. Though I eventually got in touch and they were able to include the name—which I’m very grateful for—I wish they hadn’t started production without hearing back from me. Losing my pet was deeply painful, and during that time, I couldn’t stay on top of emails. It would’ve meant a lot if they’d shown more sensitivity or made an extra effort to follow up. The final canvas is lovely, and I appreciate that the name was added.

Hi..our neighbors lost their beloved lab DIXIE and we wanted to find something unique and special and I came across this company.. Dixie loved their pond and I sent a picture of her walking in the water near the sandy area. At 1st they sent a nice preview but it wasn't as vivid as the picture,and I asked if they could show more of the pond because it meant so much and if it was possible to add her name in the sand with the dates. To my unexpected surprise they worked their magic and it came out absolutely perfect. And added her name in the sand as if they wrote it themselves. Even my husband commented on how nice it came out because he was her swimming buddy. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.They listened to my requests and made it happen.
