I ordered from Benjamin Button for the first time, but unfortunately, my order never arrived. According to UPS, the package was damaged. I contacted Benjamin Button customer service to ask for a solution or a replacement shipment. They promised to get back to me once the issue with UPS was resolved. Two months have passed, and I still haven't heard anything from customer service. I haven't received a refund, nor was a replacement offered. It’s very frustrating…. Unfortunately, just empty promises and the money is gone.
UPDATE - After leaving a review on Trustpilot, I was refunded the money.

Quick delivery and good value. No issues with product, use it with my cofee .

I have a regular subscription of 84 sachets of collagen.
I was sent only sent one pack of 14 sachets of collagen.
I pay £107 fir the subscription and have been a customer for a long while now
I have emailed the company to complain, and also sent them proof with pictures of what I received, it’s been 6 days and no one has emailed me back with any correspondence. I have tried to ring the company, but no one seems to be picking up

Would advise any one against using this company!!

The product has the highest amount of marine collagen I could find online. It also has vitamin C included to aid absorption. It is delivered on time and is also budget friendly. As its in liquid form, in a sachet, the body absorbs it better than powder or pills.

Product tastes great, very easy to take with you when on the go. Also I've noticed my skin is softer, smoother after 2 weeks of using. Delivery time is quite fast and very easily through the letterbox so you don't have to wait in for your order.
