Used to be great but now they don’t pay out!! It’s crazy how you used to be able to cash out no problem. Had an issue, no worries, they were there with actual people to help. Now, they don’t pay out at all. Surprised they have a trust pilot score of 2.4 currently since everyone is stating the same thing. Anyways, I’ve been in the queue since Dec 18th with about $178 just sitting in limbo I guess. Every time you try to contact them, you get a very generic response and even when you leave a bad review, it’s always the same response “We are so sorry you’re experiencing issues. Just know that since the update, we have had to limit withdrawals due to the high demand. Thank you for letting us know and we are here to help”. Should say “ Just know since the update, we are aware that no one is able to withdraw any money and you are pissed but please know that we don’t care and don’t intend to help in any way”.

i use to love this app. then they changed it and i've been tryin for days to get ahold of support and no response each time. i can't cash out now. this app is terrible. first they put your money in queue and now they have instant cash but they don't let you cash out when you hit the 25 threshold. it' become zterrible completely unusable. do not get scammed by this app and waste your time, and i still cant get ahold of anyone.
edit- i still haven't heard from support and this is the first withdrawal i've tried since you all have been back up in december i believe.

Well let’s see, their December 2025 update is absolutely crap. I’ve been waiting since December for nearly $300. I’ve also had games just stop rewarding before their time, worth nearly 130 on multiple games, plus the way you have to wait for your rewards in a cash que now. It’s utter bs and no one from customer “service” answers emails or anything. Beta testers should have been grandfathered in to keep their previous options instead of this crap.

They used to be okay with payouts starting at $25…then in November 2025 they updated and I had to wait until December 3 2025 to cash out. On December 15, 2025 I cashed out $40.89, here it is March 14, 2026 and still waiting. Contacted them multiple times all I get is be patient it is in the que.

I’ve been a long time user of Benjamin and have watched its rapid decline with concern. I’ve patiently waited for my withdrawals through ‘our systems are too busy, try again’ to now having FOUR pending withdrawals in their system totaling $200, one of which dates back to December 2025! I’ve contacted customer service numerous times to receive the same canned response that they’ve received ‘a high volume of requests’ and that I should continue to be patient, my withdrawal will be processed. I have no faith in this company and encourage everyone with concern to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and their local Attorney General for fraud. Clearly this company does not have the funds to make good on our claims and is just stringing us along and pocketing advertiser dollars. Shame on you, Benjamin.

I played every day - had a rewards balance of $134 plus many pending rewards - all of a sudden everything disappeared and I had a message that my “session has expired” and I needed to sign back in …. But there was no place to sign back in. It made me a totally new account with $0 balance. I am beyond pissed because I earned the rewards and had spent months accumulating them. This is crap. Don’t use this ap!

Three months. 3 months now I am still waiting for my payment. 3 friken months. Dec 11 after momths of billion add game time I earned the cashout threshhold of 50 DOLLARS that they randomly three months earlier stopped cashouts for 3 months and when cashouts started again the threshhold was raised to 50.
I cash out Dec 11. Three months later it says still in queue pending processing bullcrap. No change in 3 months. When you reach out you either get a generic message about how theres new features and a high volume of cashouts no answers. All automated emails. All bullcrap. Dont waste time or money on this thing or the games to earn rewards cause you end up just wasting money on games and getting no reward at all for it. Should be illegal to false advertize and scam the way they do considering what they make off adds and they make you watch an add in every game every 2 minutes.
Edit: your response is the same generic bullcrap yall have been trying to feed me for over 3 months!! Proving my damn point! No help. No resolution just bs garbage

Still waiting on a payout.
Its been over 30 days and it still says prossecing, there is no time line as time line as to when it will be available and thats after they charge .99 cents to even start the process.
Now the only way to get your money out without paying a fee is to use Acebet a casino app.
I will be looking for other platforms to play games and do surveys, tat actually pay like they promise.
If it wasn't for this withdrawal issue it would bump up the rating signifigantly.

You can start by issuing out my payment. I did a cash out for 25.00 on 1/02/2026 and I have not received it yet. According to your rules payouts take 3-5 days, it said nothing about months

This app/program has been degraded with lower daily payouts, and now much longer wait for money to be distributed. I requested a payout on Feb 19, and as of March 11 have yet to see it. Very disappointing.

I have been waiting to access my funds since September 2025. They stopped all payments last minute without prior notice to update their app. On December 10 and 11, 2025 I was finally able to process 2 separate payments. It has been 3 months and after sending multiple requests and emails to support I have not heard back with the exception of their automated response email. My payments have been in queue for 3 (THREE) months. Support has not reached out or responded to any of my requests for help.

Benjamin One unbanned me but is now withholding funds. I was then promised March 11th via Facebook messenger but now 1 day earlier than March 11th they emailed me stating they plan to keep holding my funds.

Edited to add: If someone is looking fir apps that do pay try Mistplay, Scrambly or Pogo. Those all payout. It has now been 4 months since my first of six withdrawals has been sitting in "queue". I did receive the same copy and paste response that Benjamin puts on reviews.
This a scam. I have been waiting over 3 months to receive the withdrawals. They limit withdrawals to $50. So I have been waiting since December 9th for my first withdrawal. If all the reviews stating they have not received their payouts are not enough to convince others that this is a scam, then read their responses. I have received their copy/paste responses when I contacted customer service and on my review in Google play. I am sure I will receive the same response here.

When I first started and didn't have any issues with withdrawals to my bank account, now rewards are in queue and so are withdrawals. Payment is only Paypal and Venmo which Paypal owns so you should go thru Paypal to start with as it has to go thru Paypal account to get to Venmo. I contacted support about Jan 8th delay, still waiting for payment. Before would have given 5 star, now zero. I spent everyday playing games now I don't know if they even intend on paying. They got paid for my work.

originally this game app was great! but when they changed their payout process last year it all went downhill and now they seemingly aren't paying anyone.
we originally had to wait from September til December to withdraw anything. once December came - they put a restriction on how much you could withdraw in a day and only allowed one request per day. once you finally get that to go through - it shows "being processed" which is where my $90 to PayPal has been sitting since December 13, 2025.
when you email them all you get are auto responses basically saying "it will go through when it goes through". you will clearly see this in the same auto responses theyre giving here.

The Benjamin app used to be fun. They did an update in Dec. and it's been all downhill from there. Fewer available games to play while waiting for more/ newer games to be added. I check in every so often. I left money in my account so I could play when a new game came out. Now my money is gone. I wrote support, and they say I forfeited my money because I didn't have a qualifying activity in 90 days. Buried very deep in their terms of service it says, " If your Account shows no Qualifying Activities for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days, we will send you a notification reminding you that your Account will be deactivated in thirty (30) days unless you take action." Who would know this? Unless they sent a notification reminding you that your Account will be deactivated in thirty (30) days unless you take action, like they claim in their terms of service. But they don’t, or at least they didn’t send one to me. This is a scummy way to take people’s money and try and make it look legal. You claim your terms of service allow you to do this, but your terms of service also require a notice to be sent 30 days before you take the money. Since that didn’t happen, please reinstate my account money.

I started in 2024 and Benjamin was good enough I referred it to others. Although slow in earning, withdrawal was instant.
As many noted, there was a change in 2025 that paused withdraws. After the pause in December, it was a hit or miss on withdrawing for users. I was fortunate and got one of the early withdrawals of $50 as that was the limit.
Since then, Benjamin introduced a cash queue so the money you earn isn't able to be withdrawn immediately (approximately 2 month queue). I think this is fine IF it resolves their queue/high volume issue. However that doesn't seem to be the case as even after that cash queue and you're finally able to "withdraw," the withdraws now go into another queue. All responses from Benjamin just mention the high volume and no ability to escalate or even give a realistic time of the queue. As of today 3/8/2026, I have had $50 withdrawal in queue since 1/27/2025. Additional withdrawals have been requested since as the cash queue money comes in. I will note some of the cash queue money won't even come in until April 2026.
I assume adding a cash queue allows for interest to be earned on the money, adding a withdrawal fee further helps supplement the earnings. If the company needs funds to properly pay their employees or allow for withdrawal, do the proper analysis and give customers a realistic time frame or withdrawal fee (even if it's a % for larger withdrawals). Having no proper communication will start a spiral downwards driving customers away and it'll eventually end in an unrecoverable state.
Please note that stating recognition of frustration, high withdrawals, needing limits, and escalating concerns internally is not proper or adequate communication. At the very least state we have an estimated xxx number of withdrawals currently with x number of increase daily. Then state the xx number of withdrawals you have been able to complete daily and show these total numbers on your webpage - this will at least give customers a sense of progress. If you want to further improve, you can add in more data which I'm sure you have - I'm sure it can be automated and if you don't have the manpower to code it, AI can help you do this work.
