F & M Bennett removals Ltd Avaliações

What a gem of a removal company! Moving my elderly parents was a worry but from the moment we contacted John and Jan we felt totally reassured. The team arrived early on moving day and checked our requirements. Everything was quickly and carefully loaded and unloaded, they took extra care to wrap large items like mirrors and furniture. They were so kind and courteous, nothing was too much to ask. Competitively priced too. Thank you John, Jan and team you made moving day a breeze!

John provided us with a competitive quote for our house move and set us at ease with his knowledge and experience. Jan was really helpful with moving information and invoicing. It rained on moving day but that didn’t dampen John and his team spirits. They worked super hard, we were delighted with the service and would have no hesitation to recommend this company.

If you want a first class removal service then look no further then this company. John and Jan made the whole process so much less stressful. My husband and I relocated from Essex to Newcastle and the buying process took longer than expected but Jan kept me calm and kept me in the loop with available dates. The whole process ran smoothly because they are such a good team. They treated my home like it was their own and ensured all my goods were packed well and looked after. 5 stars is not enough for this company they deserve 10 stars

This is definitely a five star company. We can’t fault the service we received.
From start to finish everything was made to run so smoothly for us. Jan was so patient and helpful when we were trying to arrange our removal date. On the day we moved John and his team were absolutely fantastic, we couldn’t have wished for a better
service.

Well what can I say! I can't fault the service I had from start to finish. The whole process was fantastic!
All the help and support from Jan in the office who made what was a stressful time more bearable and helped me find a work around solution.
John arrived to on time to complete the quote which was very competitive and he was very friendly and made me feel at ease.
On the day of the move, the team arrived early and worked tirelessly to get the job done with speed and efficiency. They were also all very professional, friendly and helpful.
All in all, if I ever choose to move again, I would definitely use F & M Bennett's again.
They were BRILLIANT!

I wasn't looking for any removal company, I needed an organisation that would "take over the whole process and turn a stressful journey into a pleasurable experience". Bennettremovals were recommended to me and so I decided to ask them if they were interested. John, the man in charge, introduced his company to me and I was kept totally informed by an experienced expert, thoroughly supported by his Wife and Partner, Jan. She kept a friendly, efficient watch on progress as we navigated to a successful outcome.
Which it was, totally.
Many Thanks John, Jan, Danny and Colin or should I call you "The M team" because you really are The Stars of the Moving World. Thank You F.M.BENNETT

Bennetts moved a lot of school equipment for me, they were very professional, efficient and cheerful. They got the job done in good time and the move went very smoothly thanks to the Bennetts team.

Right from the start, Bennetts provided the best service possible. We have moved a number of times before and this was by far, the best service we have ever received from start to finish. From the first phone call right up to move day, Jan in the office went above and beyond to accommodate and support us at a very stressful time. Jon and the rest of the team also worked so hard over two days to organise and move us to our new house. The whole team were courteous and very quick to load/unload and we could not have asked for a better company to help us with our move. Do not hesitate to make this company the first on your list to enquire about removals - They are the best!!

From start to finish our contact with F&M Bennett’s Removals was the one stress free part of our moving experience at a very competitive price. Communication and information was always prompt and clear.
John and the guys are all friendly and professional and are clearly used to working together as a team..
Seeing them pack us up the day before moving was incredible at how organised and thorough they were. And, despite a delay in getting keys to move everything in on the day, they remained cheerful and nothing was too much trouble.
A special thank you to Jan in the office for being so kind and supportive throughout the whole process.
Highly recommend this company.

Can’t recommend this company enough. From start to finish felt like we were in safe hands and when our dates changed Jan in the office bent over backwards to accommodate us. Our moving day was stressful but John & he’s friendly & professional team worked tirelessly in to the evening to unpack & assemble furniture. Thank you so much.

The process from start to finish was brilliant. Best quote around, good communication throughout and on the big day the guys were amazing, professional, thorough and went above and beyond to make sure the process was a smooth and stress free as possible. We moved from Dagenham to York and the guys got stuck in bad traffic yet still managed to get everything off the van quickly amd efficiently so we could get the unpacking done. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant service , had a few quotes and this was the best ,also the others said they wouldn’t be able to get a small plastic shed out , this company did !
We had to wait for the keys for our house for about 4 hours , not once did they moan or make it a problem , even though it was a boiling hot day .
They were friendly , efficient, from the removal men to the office staff .
Would recommend and if we ever move again would definitely use .

The chaps at F&M Bennett & Sons were amazing from start to finish. They worked quickly, effectively and respectfully. They went above and beyond and I would have no hesitation recommending them.

Exceptional Service from F&M Bennet Removal Company!
We recently had the pleasure of working with F&M Bennet Removal Company for our move from Rainham to Amersham, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. Jan was incredibly nice and helpful over the phone and through email, providing clear and transparent communication. It’s clear that this is a genuinely caring and honest family business.
Our requirements were clarity, no hidden charges, no dealing with movers on the day, and competitive pricing. F&M Bennet nailed all these areas perfectly. John, Paul, and Dan arrived on Day 1 and packed everything with exceptional care and precision. By the next day, we were all packed up and moved without a hitch.
What truly stood out was the positive attitude of the team. They were lovely people who always had smiles on their faces, making the entire process stress-free and even enjoyable. My wife and I felt a huge sense of relief and confidence thanks to their professionalism and friendliness.
If you’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and efficient removal company, look no further than F&M Bennet. We highly recommend them and would happily move with them again. Just try them out; you won’t regret it!

What can I say that hasn't already been said, from first contact with Jan, to John and the boys driving away from our new home. The whole experience of our move from Forest Gate to Dunmow was above excellent. I highly recommend Bennett's to anybody looking to move.

From start to finish the team at F & M Bennett provided an excellent service. They were very professional, extremely hard working and always polite, ensuring our move went ahead without any problems. This coupled with a very competitive price means we would have no reservations on recommending their services to anyone looking to move .

From Jan in the office, excellent response, from the very beginning. John and Tony did all of the packing, to a great standard, John even sorted what we wanted to go into storage for a short while. Then on the removal day, John and Terry were brilliant, nothing was too much for them, I was a little stressed, but I was in capable hands, so thank you guy's for a smooth, quick professional move.

This is the 2nd time we have used F & M Bennett Removals and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. John, Tony and Terry made moving house as stress free as possible with a nothing is a problem attitude and Jan in the office was always available to answer any last minute questions.

From the very first contact until moving in to our new house, we could not fault the service. From Jan dealing with the administration to the people on the day, totally professional. Made the last part of moving (unlike the rest), stress free.
