Bennetts of Derby Avaliações

Very efficient service, order placed and received within 24 hours. Excellent quality items as the old Bennetts used to sell and I shall definitely look for more items online in the future. I live in North Wales now so cannot visit stores in Derby but online is fine for me.

Well packaged and sent off promptly. Customer services lady was very pleasant and helpful.

Would have been good to have a gift message or wrapping service.
Otherwise really good service.

First time online shopper with this company although I've bought from them in their bricks & Mortar premises for many years. Same standard of service and quality of product. Delivered by Royal Mail.

Package arrived very quickly and extremely well-packed in excellent condition. I was also impressed that staff had taken the trouble to wrap the item beautifully in tissue paper and deep blue ribbon.

Great service and lovely items. Really nice to receive a phone call to say my order had been received and was being dispatched.

Lovely little pop up shop with a good variety of Christmas gifts and decorations. Quite expensive, but good quality items available with a very friendly and helpful assistant at the till.

Excellent service. Thank you

Great Service. Delivered quickly and wrapped well. Just what you'd expect with the worlds oldest department store. Will be sure to buy again in the future. Thanks
