I had a great transportation. The service was fast, reliable.

Benny express made my wedding even more special! I was able to have my father and his aid transported from his nursing home on Staten Island to my wedding in NJ. The driver waited the whole event until my father was ready to go home. I got those special moments to with my father thanks to this company!
Before I chose Benny express, I called a few other ambulette companies. This was the only company that personally reached out to me to learn why I needed their services. They were so helpful!

Benny Express made my experience great because from the opening phone call I was contact with John who was extremely patient and understanding. Since I was transporting my 91 year old mom he understood how fragile and caring it needed to be because the building was a 4 flight walk up. John assured me that the workers would take great care of my mom every step of the way so it made me feel more comfortable in using Benny Express. The both workers arrived earlier than expected just to introduce themselves and they understood if I needed more time to get her ready that there is no rush. They kept her stable and continuously spoke to her with every step they took with her down by 4 flights of stairs which took away her nervousness. This company is doing everything well from the opening phone call to the quote which was honest and sincere. Many times when trying to do something like this for any company you might speak to 10 different customer service representatives but I spoke with John every single time which made it more personal and showed he truly cared.

John at Benny Express was super helpful and did not stop until I completed my trip. I needed special accommodations and John along with driver Isaac was wonderful. I will be using Benny Express again and definitely referring them to my friends and family. Thank you John & Isaac!!!

The people on the phone were very helpful. Pick up was done on time and when we called to come back for return trip the car was there in minutes. The dispatcher let me know exactly how long it would take for pick up and when they were outside. I highly recommend this company.

Overall, very good customer service satisfaction. Timely, efficient. Driver(s) very professional. Vehicle nicely maintained. Any questions that I had were addressed promptly. I would recommend.

I needed a round trip appointment for my 84yo mom. Scheduling was easy, drivers were super nice and considerate. All questions answered. And rates are good! Took all the stress from me.
