They promised free shipping but then charged me and subscribed me for monthly deliveries without asking me. When I complained they sent me a link to manage my subscription but there was no where to cancel it, only to skip a delivery. There phone number doesn't work and they intentionally make it difficult to cancel.

Jeg bestilte dem en gang og nu bliver de ved med at sende og trække penge og jeg har aldrig sagt ja til et abonnement.
Jeg skrev til dem og fik et link til det sted hvor man efter sigende kunne afmelde dit abonnement, det jeg aldrig havde tegnet!! Men at stoppe abonnementet var ikke en mulighed... Jeg er så træt af det her scam de har kørende, og jeg har ikke råd til det😵‍💫😩
Hvis I vil gøre det rigtige her, så stopper i med at sende de kattesticks som mine katte i øvrigt ikke kan lide og refundere de penge i har trukket fra min konto uden min tilladelse...

Det var sku en dyr oplevelse, jeg bestilte en lille pakke, for jeg ville se om min kat er interesseret i disse fantastiske pinde, 70kr for 4 små pinde, der skulle erstatte kattegræs! Og så lige 70kr i porto 🤣😂 Jeg så desværre forsendt, at de kommer fra USA 😂🤣 og efter en lang ventetid (2 uger) og min kat luftede til dem og gik, så det er ikke alle katte der er vilde med dem, STOR SKUFFELSE 😪

This company is a fraud! There is no way to contact them. They are sending me product and billing me even after I have tried reaching out to cancel whatever subscription they may have me setup on. Every package is delivered with a difference return address. Plus, their product, the Cat Grass Teething Sticks are a terrible product. Not one cat I have given these to will eat them!

They have taken out two lots of around AUD$90 and I have not received a thing. When I tried to access the Manage Subscription link my antivirus software stated that the link was malicious.

Someone is sending me three packs of these grass sticks every few weeks. I did not order this. My cats won't eat these sticks. (I tried them via Chewy, where I get all my cat products.) I called the alleged sender, as per the UPS packaging, and they denied all knowledge of these shipments.. Clearly a scam: the man mispronounced my name, in the same way every scammer.I've spoken with has done. Finally found another way to try to reach the co., we'll see if they respond.

Scam! They charged me for a subscription service I never signed up for and responded saying I’d get the refund within 10 days, it’s now been over a month and multiple emails sent by me with no response. Will need to now follow up with my bank. Also, the cat dental wipes they sent were fine, but found some being sold at a discount store for $4 each! They’re charging around $80 for 6! Avoid

Same review as the others on here. Ordered once, they automatically signed me up for a subscription without notifying me, when I emailed them they said they would cancel and I wouldn't be charged again, they did charge me again, didn't respond to several emails, finally responded after a delay saying it was their error and they'd refund immediately. It's been many weeks since then, no refund. They've stopped responding to emails. They are not responding to the BBB requests. Unclear, but it seems this company must be entirely fraudulent. Not to mention, product was subpar.

Jeg havde åbenbart et medlemskab som de så har afvist og så jeg regner jeg med at få pengene tilbage men det får jeg ikke og jeg har skrevet til dem, men de har ikke regnet

I ordered once to try some cat sticks. My cat by the way did not like it. Then I got an email saying your next order is due and some more money came out from my account. I immediately emailed them. They replied was a system error and they will refund me the money within 10 days. Over a month with several emails has gone by. No refund and no contact from them. They are scam company. Avoid ordering even once from them if you don’t want them taking out money from your account. Obviously I have opened a complaint through my bank and I am waiting.

I have purchased the cat sticks from this company. My cats didn’t like them.
Fast forward over a month, I get a notification that my reoccurring order is on way.
A. I had moved address
B. I didn’t request a reoccuring order

I emailed them instantly to complain and to also tell them I wasn’t at my old address.

After some time they replied stating it was a system error that I wasn’t charged and they would cancel the reoccurring order and refund my money.

Numerous emails later I am still waiting on my refund.

Buyers beware, I think they sign you up for reoccurring then pretend it was an accident then promise a refund that you never get.

Still no return of the money they took from my account illegally. Another response saying 10 days, that’s the third email saying the same thing and no money comes. Do yourself a favour and give these ppl a very wide berth.
