Bra återkoppling och snabb leverans när varan åter var i lager. Anledningen till det inte blev 5 stjärnor var att deras leverantör (PostNord) bara ställde paketet utanför dörren.

I am delighted with this company they were very helpful and shipped very quick. I would recommend this company to do business with.

Der Kundenservice ist nur über ein Kontaktformular erreichbar und wird von einer KI beantwortet.
Nach einer angegebenen Lieferzeit von 1-2 Werktagen war die LIFEPO4 Batterie 300AH nach 14 Werktagen noch immer nicht eingetroffen. Zwei Reklamationen wurden wie besagt nur durch eine KI beantwortet. Der Sendungsstatus konnte ebenfalls nicht abgefragt werden.
Da wir in den Urlaub fahren wollen mussten wir uns eine Leihbatterie einbauen.
Nach 3 Wochen hat uns dann eine Spedition angerufen, dass die Lieferung ansteht.

Es gibt weder eine Reaktion noch eine vernünftige Entschuldigung vom Kundenservice - wie auch, läuft ja nur über KI :(
Ich hoffe die Lieferung an den Nachbarn klappt (Wir sind wie besagt im Urlaub) und das Produkt funktioniert dann wenigstens.

Nochmals werde ich dort nicht mehr bestellen und empfehle die Firma mit dem Großen O oder W ;)

Netzteil wurde nach Reklamation wieder defekt und nachweislich ungeprüft DGuV 3 zurückgesendet.

Einfach nur grottenschlecht. Bestellt wurden vier zusammengehörende Artikel für ein Froli Bettsystem. Geliefert wurde nur ein Artikel. Es gibt keine anrufbare Hotline, nur ein Kontaktformular mit einer angekündigten Reaktionszeit von 10 (!) Tagen.

Fast and easy

Customer service is non existent. The don’t reply to any requests or clarification about order status.
Imagine paying thousands of euros to an online shop and they have the nerve to just ignore you completely about where your packages are.

I’ve only bought a fraction of what I need for my van conversion, and will be spending the rest of my money elsewhere.

Shipping done in the time frame written on the website.Items are as described and well packed.

So, i ordered a Octogon 8 tent, me and my girls would go camping, it said 5-7 days for order arrival, fine, i ordered a camping spot 17 days from the order time.

Thats when everything went wrong, 26th its still in germany, been there at a DPD depo for 4 days, i tried write berger support, write DPD after the weekend, nothing for the next three days.

I then called DPD, they would tell me nothing without berger contact them, berger support then write i have to contact postnord in Denmark, they on the other hand said its in DPD Germany, so they had no clue why berger said contact them, and i surely had no time waiting another 2-3 days for the next support message, so i found a german support hotline i called.

There i talked to a nice lady who said she wasnt allowed to support international customers, but after calling international hotline 5 times, sitting in line for 11 minutes each time until your automatically thrown off the line she agreed to help me.

After some time she said it was returned to berger, funny enough, noone told me this, track and trace didnt say it, no email (still nothing from berger even i got the money returned).

That nice lady who went over and above to help me is the only reason berger gets 4 stars and not 1!!! even she wasnt allowed to help me.

I now ordered from place in sweden, it will be here two days before we go, almost had a ruined summer with my kids.

Since i cannot tell who did the wrong here, berger or DPD, and none of them could tell me the reason for it was returned, i dont know who to blame, i guess thats the reason for me not getting to know what happened.

Placed an order in the webshop at 04.06.2025 and didn't take notice of order number, since normal practices is to send an order confirmation to customers.
13.06.2025 - and haven't heard anything.
No order confirmation no nothing and they don't respond by the 2 messages that I have sent from their contact form.
I will now buy it from somewhere else.
