I didn't get a full refund, or a staycation and was misled by staff

I was recommended this by a friend. It is such a great idea and takes away the stress of finding somewhere and planning.
Myself and a friend had an amazing time and would highly recommend!

Me and my boyfriend began paying in February and we’re so excited for our first trip in June. Due to covid19 and my boyfriends motorbike accident we are unable to travel and have had to cancel our subscription for now. The BRB team were responsive and friendly whenever we had any questions and gave us our full refund upon cancelling. We can’t wait for life to return to normal so we can resubscribe to BRB as it is an amazing way to travel Europe.

Where do I start?
First of all the BRB travel company is a fantastic idea-
You pay £49.99 a month (as a single person- it works out a little cheaper as a couple) and they send you away in Europe three times a year.
You can highlight places you’d love to go, you can exclude places you have no interest in.
A month before your trip you find out where you’re going by a lovely, well presented, handwritten postcard. The postcard details places to eat or see that the brb team recommend. A great touch!

So far I’ve been on one trip- it was great! Lovely Hilton hotel in Luxembourg just before Christmas.

What I can definitely praise, is the communication- even during the corona drama, the longest I had to wait was 24 hours for a reply and they are always friendly and helpful.
Every question I have had has been resolved and answered quickly.

I look forward to my next trip and a long relationship with travelling with BRB 😁👏🏻

Fantastic value for money! Takes all the hassle and stress out of planning and finding great hotels, whilst making it affordable by paying a monthly subscription.
Above all, the customer service is fantastic. BRB always go above and beyond to help and respond in a timely manner.
BRB have been extremely supportive throughout the uncertain time of COVID-19, responding extremely quickly, reassuring me and ultimately providing a resolution.
I can not recommend enough, far better than any travel agency on the market.

Unfortunately still haven't been able to take a BRB trip due to Covid restrictions. The team have been amazing at reorganising and allowing me to move my trip dates to the new year- easiest travel company I've dealt with throughout the entirety of C-19! No money lost and quick, friendly responses.

Excellent, unique concept undertaken with professionalism and charm. Unfortunately couldn't go on my first trip just yet due to Covid-19 lockdowns but Greg and the team at BRB have been totally amazing at rearranging for us. I love that the company has a good social media presence - it's so lush to see where everyone else goes, and I really enjoy how personal the service feels.. the postcards highlight why they think you'll love where you're going and give suggestions of what to do. The new personality test on the website is also a nice feature. I looked for surprise travel companies before and this is the only one where I have time to prep but all the messy bits are done for me, plus the benefit of only paying a little each month. Absolutely love the concept and the company, couldn't recommend them more and am so excited to travel with them.

Over the last few weeks the staff at BRB have responded fast and efficiently to every query that we have emailed them , ( even on a Sunday) and managed to resolve all of my concerns. It is a shame that other companies in the travel market are not as helpful.

I had my first trip to Milan booked for this weekend. Before I get on with the coronavirus situation I want to point out that the reveal is amazing, it certainly adds excitement that you don't get when you book your own trip. The hotel looked amazing and we just couldn't wait. Then the world went crazy....although i expressed my concerns around 2/3 weeks before travelling, before Italy was in lockdown, I didn't receive too much information, but I guess at that point we was all hopeful it would just blow over. When the full lockdown came in I received a full refund. You can't argue with the good service that is being provided at such a time. To get my refund was quick and easy, I have a few other trips with more well known companies that I'm finding far more difficult to get my money back from. Well done brb, this situation that is fully out of your hands is being dealt with admirably. Whilst this whole covid situation had put me off of travelling for a while it hasn't put me off using you again. I'll be in touch!

They planned an epic trip to Sweden for us last Summer and we had also planned to go to Luxembourg with them in Easter but now with the Covid-19 outbreak they had to cancel and due to our financial situation changing we have had to pause our subscription. The company has been very supportive and responsive to emails and we got a refund immediately upon request. Couldn't fault this company, they are fantastic!

We had a great trip. The team are very responsive and all in all the trip went very smoothly.

I travelled with BRB in December to Nice - the flights were from my closest airport (you have to choose at least three) which I appreciated and not at a weird time, the hotel and location were amazing and the support I got whilst there was great - Roxana from the team was in the same hotel at the same time and reached out to me to set up lunch or dinner - it didn't end up happening but I really appreciated this touch! She gave me some great tips on where to go whilst there too (as she left a day before me).
Their handling of the coronavirus situation has been fab - one of my main things when dealing with a company (particularly a startup) is if they're personable and actually seem like people - I can't stand copied and pasted generic responses, which they've ticked all the boxes of. Ellis has been great answering any questions I've had whilst remaining very friendly which I appreciate - particularly when now is probably a very hard time for the BRB team.
I look forward to my next trip (when I'm allowed to go!) and I look forward to seeing BRB grow as a company because from what I've experienced from them, they deserve it!
Only other thing to mention is I would love the opportunity to be able to book different lengths of trip but I appreciate that logistically this is hard to implement due to the way they run & book the trips their end.

I have to commend BRB for their handling of the Coronavirus situation. Their communication throughout has been nothing short of excellent. More important than that though is at every stage they’ve given me options, and every time those options have been in my best interest. Never once have I felt like they’ve put their profit before people and that’s commendable.

I had had my first trip reveal prior to this situation and the destination, hotel and flight times where all perfect for me and my wife.

Would have no issues recommending them at this point.

The team at BRB are fantastic. We got our post card and were so excited to travel to Basel (a location I had never heard of that looked awesome). The guide on basel really got us excited to visit a different unique location. Unfortunately corona virus arrived - the team have been wonderful and have been updating regularly. They have advised we can now rearrange our trip and despite how difficult it must be for a travel company at this time have remained positive and I can’t fault the customer service. We already have a trip booked in for June and can’t wait to actually get to travel with you guys. Thanks again ☺️

Absolutely fantastic service. Unfortunately due to the Coronavirus we were unable to go on our trip but they have communicated with us throughout and gave us plenty of options as to how we would like to proceed. Will definitely use them again once the virus/travel restrictions gets back to normal. First class. Can’t recommend enough

A great young dynamic company. Love the surprise when the special personalised envelope arrives. Good value, nice convenient hotels and flights. Easy to communicate with and our wishes or special requests are catered for as far as possible. Would recommend for most active age groups.

I would definitely recommend Berightback! This is a brilliant way to visit places that you probably wouldn't consider booking yourself! I really enjoyed my trip to prague! Thanks!

Amazing! Just simply Amazing. If you're apprehensive about a company organising your short holiday, please don't be. I went to Nice in Feb 2020 for my birthday and had an amazing time.

BRB picked a lovely hotel and picked good flights, to maximise my time there.

I can't fault them and there service, what's also good about them, that they will do their best to accommodate you, if you need to pause your subscription, they will do it (better that than cancel)

Great breaks! Simple process!

Once your on your trip there was no service when we had mishap due to a storm and our flight was cancelled. Travelling on my own with a child.

Brb however is a fantastic concept. Works well.

A very fantastic choice of hotel enjoyed it very much
