Worst company ever! Received completely the wrong helmet from what I ordered, 4 months later after many emails sent out, and dm’s to socials they have not replied to do anything about it. Was a complete waste of money and this business is just a scam. The quality of the helmet I received looked very cheap and the incorrect color and model from the order I placed directly on there website. Do not buy a Bern product!!

Abysmal customer service. Should have read the other reviews. Delivered the wrong product without MIPS system (having confirmed via email in advance it 100% did) before our ski trip. Email support wouldn’t confirm it if I could keep helmet as gesture of good will so I at least had something to keep me protected for the trip, let alone send a replacement. 2 weeks later they have stopped answering emails, uk phone number is for a company called mango bikes and goes straight to voicemail, no surprise there.

Hopeless customer service.

My son bought a helmet from Bern on Christmas Day, A tracking number was logged with Royal Mail however Royal Mail has not received the helmet from Bren. I have contacted bern on numerous occasions and got no reply. These guys are a joke, just don't bother ordering from them!!

Terrible after-sales service! I bought a snow helmet on their website as a Christmas gift (order BRN-#5880), and they sent the wrong model—for skate/bike instead. No apology after 7+ emails, and they expect ME to pay return shipping for THEIR mistake. Outrageous! I've posted publicly on social media demanding a fix. Do NOT buy here—zero customer support. Need resolution NOW!

The helmet was the wrong colour, with small scuffs and gouges all over it, consisting of cheap materials and poorly fitting parts. I would still have been a bit disappointed and unsure of it's safety if it was £20, but it was 4 times that price. Anyway, I emailed them to arrange a return and refund and they didn't get back to me for almost two months, after multiple attempts to contact them, by which time the returns deadline had passed. I expressed this to them and have heard nothing since. While that monstrocity of a helmet will never sit on my head as I value my wellbeing, at least I have a cheaply made reminder of my idiocy for falling for what I personally could only describe as a borderline scam. I'm sure Bern will respond punctually to this poor review as that's how many bad companies operate, they do just enough to maintain the illusion that they are of any substance whatsoever, but seriously, don't fall for it, they are without a shadow of a doubt, the most entirely useless 'company' I have ever dealt with.

CUSTOMER SERVICE = ZERO. NO ANSWERS TO EMAILS. TELEPHONE SAYS THEY ARE CLOSED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered helmet had MIPS sticker in picture and included in weight section. Came without MIPS.

I have received wrong sized to the one I ordered. Customer service is impossible to reach and I’ve been left unanswered and issue is unresolved.

Bought a helmet, that part was good. Arrived pretty quickly and as ordered. I decided it was a bit large on me so I returned it. I paid the postage and a £5 fee for their hassle, which seems a bit ridiculous. Nearly a month after they received the return I have finally received my refund. They do not reply to emails and the contact number doesn’t work. Only buy from them if you are absolutely sure it is what you want or buy indirectly. Frustrating experience.

I bought a bicycle helmet from bern helmets europe, it was a terrible experience. I had returned it as it didn’t fit and they hadn’t got my size. It took 4 months for a refund and they only returned 50% of my money!!?? No reply to emails where I was questioning this. Never again :(

Horrible!!!!!
Bought one months ago a helmet for my child.
I payed the return fees also and no refund at all.
No refund till now and they don’t have no contact number .
The only contact is the email and they do not respond.
Very very bad customer service.

Ordered Helmet in November (it's January now) it arrived a week later and was a different helmet to the one I had ordered, I contacted them straight away and I have had no reply for 10 weeks, still no acknowledgement, still no refund and stuck with a helmet we cant use and I didn't order- cant quite believe it - £90 I spent on this!!

Please do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!

Stop with the spam already. I've unsubscribed a dozen times. Your spam emails are nowhere near as funny or cute as you think they are. I would never buy anything from you scumbags.
