If I could give no stars I would .. I ordered these shoes for s wedding as they said 3/8 days . At 8 days they said that wasn’t for the initial part of the sending process and I wasn’t even able to track even though they said I could
.then they said UP TO another 3 days .
After that period they then said it’s in transit with courier and no longer their issue.
after reading the reviews many people say they are a Chinese company but they advertise as s family business in manchester . They are fake and dishonest and allegedly won’t give refunds . DO NOT TRUST THESE CON ARTISTS WITH YOUR MONEY ,, they are dishonest and I suspect the good reviews are not honest either .

Ordering straight forward. Bottom of the page had PayPal logo but unable to open when pressed on. Other than that very happy.

I bought a coat from a shopify shop that uses its own domain name.
It was advertised to come in 3 days but it came almost a month later, and horrible quality compared to the online pictures and the price asked. That quality is £20 on Temu.

I asked for return according to the retun policy, but it turned into an endless email exchange with the seller that asked pictures of the product, then pictures of the size label,
then offered 50% credit in the store with no return, then offered 100% credit in the store if I return the product to China, which not that will cost and will take another month,
but I don't trust that the seller will be honest. That would not solve my refund either, as the seller never offered my money back.
I also don't want replacement products because I don't trust the seller anymore and their products.
The seller stalled time and ChatGPT advised me to take action quickly.

Very easy to order but haven’t received the dress yet so bit to soon to comment.

Beautiful website really well layout and very easy to use. Clothes and shoes look great and I’m really looking forward to receiving my order. Found the site via surfing and will definitely be using them again

My item arrived 2 weeks late as shipped from China it was supposed to be a L but it was more like a XS

When I asked to return they advise that I couldn’t and offered a 50% refund in the shape of a gift card to spend in their shop when there refund policy clearly states they refund

Stay away would be my advice they are unprofessional and crooks!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! I wish I read the reviews. The quality of the clothing is so poor, I have complained and they only offered a 50% store credit, they are refusing to refund even though the dress is not to a high quality nor does it fit me.

Avoid at all costs. Corrupt company who scam you.
