My query was answered quickly, the communication was great and the job was completed within a couple of weeks. All members of the team were lovely. Very happy with my splashback.

Outstanding service from start to finish! This is the second time I have used Bespoke Glass Design for kitchen glass splashbacks. The first time was in my old house several years back. I couldn`t be happier with both their service and quality of products. They have an extensive choice of colours to choose from, and I was kept informed throughout every stage of the process. E-mail responses are fast. They do what they say, and there is a high level of professionlism that is seriously lacking in virtually all other areas of retail these days right across the board. It was a real pleasure to have a stress free experience for once. The finished product is fitted to perfection and looks beautiful. I can highly recommend this company to anyone looking for glass products in their home.

Excellent service from start to finish. Spoke to a guy called Simon he was superb throughout the whole process. Simon was very helpful and informative all the way through. He helped from start to finish from booking in the surveyor to fitment completion. The engineers who attended sight respected my property were both very polite and helpful and friendly. 100% happy with the glass splashbacks and the service that I have received from start to finish between Simon and Sarah and at the end, Andy and Sam the installers went above and beyond to get the T-shape glass fitted despite a very annoying Quooker tap not giving them much space! I truly appreciated their flexibility and willingness to give it a go without any complaints or issues.

They did way more than I expected them to and I very much appreciate that and told them likewise.

Thank you Simon and Sarah for a smooth process, clear communications each step of the way and Simon answering his emails at all hours! It was reassuring to know that if any issues it would be easy to reach BGD. Last but not least, their price was reasonable and having read other reviews, it wasn't hard to decide to go with BGD.

Bespoke Glass Design have been absolutely brilliant. From the outset, their advice and customer care has been superb. The surveyor was fantastic in helping me choose the right colour and he took enormous care in getting his measurements spot on. The fitters, too, were polite, efficient and took great care.
