The response from Bespoke Post was quick, clear, and my issue was resolved without me needing to follow up again.

I had Bespoke post a few years back enjoyed it a lot but couldn’t spend the extra $50 a month for a little while until I forgot about it. Well I found it again and rebooted my subscription without even thinking of changing my address to a new address and missed two months worth of boxes. Silly mistake on my part but I contacted support and Jay went above beyond to help resolve my issue and make up for missed items. Cannot recommend this subscription enough. Lot of exciting and fun products to choose from that fit every corner of aesthetic and lifestyle!

I've gotten quite a few things from Bespoke post, and each time they do not disappoint! They have a huge selection now in comparison to where they started off years ago.

I had a few questions about the product I purchased and both customer service agents I worked with were so kind and knowledgeable. It was my first time ordering from Bespoke Post and I truly had the best experience. Safe to say I’ll be returning to place another order soon!

Response to my concern was quick and decisive.

I received an email that an item I wanted was back in stock. It turned out not to be the case. When I emailed the customer service department I immediately received a response saying they were going to check into the mistake. The next day I heard back and they were very apologetic for the error and explained what may have happened. For my trouble I was given a $15.00 credit on my account for use on my next order. Now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

support was quick, efficient, and exactly what i needed. didn’t waste my time by asking needless questions or going back and forth. just did what needed to be done and wished me well. thanks. love yall.

I love the amazing international selections that the company affords to its costumers and the fact we get to make a selection prior each shipment. CS is always on top of orders , reorders, prompt with texts and emails . Rewards and promotions are advertised early each month.. we love all the boxed items we have been receiving each month

It was super easy to get in touch with Bespoke's text customer support. I didn't have to sit and stare at a chat window on my desktop waiting for a response. They understood my issue instantly and were able to quickly resolve it without asking me unnecessary follow-up questions. Thank you Bespoke Post!!

Bespoke Post has a great website full of thoughtful items. While the jacket we ordered for our son did not work for him, we will for sure shop Bespoke Post for other needs. The return process was quick and easy too.

Their selections are curated, their pricing is highly competitive, and their customer service is everything you would want (quick, knowledgeable, responsive).

I signed up for their subscription box in late 2024, and had skipped on month before I ended up having surgery to remove my gallbladder, and during my recovery I forgot to skip a month that I had forgotten about. I contacted their customer service through email and they were extremely understanding and helpful. I ended up placing my subscription on hold while I recover and handle other immediate personal concerns, but I most definitely will continue to use their service in the future. I was able to speak to a customer service agent to help place my order. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I had a return and Bespoke made it a very easy process.

Way over priced for cheap products. Had the monthly box subscription and I was very underwhelmed. I got a $70 dollar pair of slippers😞. And the box before that a very cheaply made knife blade wobbles and the wood handle wasn’t stained and was pine can’t believe I got duped into trying this. Complete scam

Upon receiving the email where I could either change or cancel my shipment, I cancelled immediately, but they still shipped (and charged me for) a box of their choosing, not mine. Upon receiving the wok and steam basket (items that I already own quality versions of), the wok was already rusted and is garbage. I only received one shipment, but I was fortunately able to cancel my subscription prior to being charged for a second. Would not suggest.

The emails where you can change your order would always “conveniently” go to junk while the other emails would not. Definitely something shady going on there. I ended up with a ton of junky products, including repeat products from previous months that they already gave me.

When I realized that I had not received my package, I sent an email asking about it. The response was immediate and the resolution was quick and completely satisfactory
