Scammers, avoid them at any cost. Ordered fish n shrimps wort 1200rs. Two fishes never arrived. Ordered 8 Shrimps with 4 colors. Recieved one dead and others in only 1 color. Paid 500 for shipment and in return except for two snails every other item was either missing or dead. not to mention I had to follow up with them for over two weeks.

Thief, Frauds and cheaters. They steal customer money by not honouring customer order. I have ordered 2 pairs of barbs for ₹1600 from Best4pets on 26.07.2026 and they have not shipped my order till date. One of the worst corrupt and blatant cheater I have ever faced. They don't respond to my phone calls and e-mails. Don't buy anything from this website unless you want to lose your money.

I bought fishes so many times at local aquarium stores, yes they are cheap,but the breeding practises affect the life of fish a lot, they die after 10-14days,affecting my emotions. I bought from these guys, all my fish are alive. These guys are the best.
