This company is a fraud. I placed an order with them. They never confirmed my order or sent me any shipping information. I have tried to contact them and they do not respond.

I called my bank and disputed the charge.

I have ordered from them multiple times and never had a problem. Their pills have helped me with several issues.

I ordered a product that when I received it, it was open. It was also very short dated with less than a year left before the expiration date. I emailed the company four times about it and have heard nothing back. They do not have a phone number that I can find. I will not use this company again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

This company is constantly harassing me. They refuse to stop. I have begged them to stop sending me information and it's as if the more I ask the more they send. I have never ordered anything from them nor will I ever be a part of this company I have no interest and yet they refuse to leave me alone. It is officially harassment at this point.

I ordered Yunnan Baiyao for my very sick cat. Had to buy over 50 Dollars Shipping costs. Package never arrived: guess what, they shipped with UPS, the worst delivery company ever. Seller refused to investigate the case, said all liability was on my side. UPS startet investigation after I did start one, but refused to share the investigation results, said, the Seller got the report. Seller said, they did not get any report. So, someone is lying!
At the end of the day: I spend almost 200 USD and did not get the urgently needed medecine for my cat. Well done Best Chinese Medicinies - you should really be proud of yourself. You only have gaining money in your mind!! Shame on you!

I just want everyone to know that this is a real company and not a scam. It was built from the ground up and has a real and honest herbalist behind their products who writes about them and makes sure they are legit!! Herbal medicine is effective and addresses root causes rather than just offering symptom relief.

Their shipping is so slow that my dog died before the medicine got to me. I wrote and informed them that my dog had died and I had not received the product yet and I wanted a refund. They said I would have to pay shipping to send it beck, they would then get around to refunding me minus the shipping and a restocking fee of $5. So I would have paid my shipping back to them, their $6.95 and $5. Are you kidding? That is practically the cost of the product. What's the refund for?! I donated the product to a rescue. I will NEVER use this company again.

I ordered for the first time about a month ago and have been pleased with the product and the shipping, which was their normal shipping, not expedited. I’m placing another order today and hoping for the same positive results!

Medicine arrived with 5 business days, as promised with expedited shipping.
I am thrilled with the Yunnan Baiyo my vet suggested!
Not only did it stop all my dog's bleeding within 3 days (she has a progressing bladder tumor), but her peeing is back to normal--from before she ever had symptoms in August of last year! You wouldn't even know anything was wrong with her!
She no longer has accidents in the house (as long as I let her out to pee every 4 hours or so), and I no longer have to put diapers on her, even overnight, unless I have to be gone from the house for more than 4 hours.
She pees normally now when we walk or I let her out. Before the herb, she was straining to pee and taking anywhere from 30-60 seconds to actually get some pee to come out.
I don't know if the herb has affected the growth of the tumor or not, but her urination flow is no longer an issue for the first time in 7 months.

My last order was taking way longer than expected, so I contacted the company. I received a very poor reply from the owner saying they are not liable once the package has left their possession. The support was very poor. Many companies would follow this up with their chosen carrier as part of their customer service.

The owner ignored some emails, very impersonal and often generic responses often about their shipping policy. I find their shipping policy does not protect the consumer.

I asked numerous times for the required information to file an online enquiry with the carrier company to find out what was happening with my order. The owner said she was willing to send the information however she did not send all the required information including their contact number.

I was unable to file an online enquiry with carrier company due to my package not being sent via the described service on their website and invoice as Priority International Mail.

I made an international call to the carrier company where they advised me the cost of postage was only $26.44 as it was sent via First Class International Mail (which was also displayed on the tracking).

I paid $89 which should have been for Priority shipping. Following this information, I checked previous tracking on orders and found a few packages that were sent via the cheaper price option. This has been happening over the years while have been buying from them. I find this very unethical.

It took 2 months to finally receive my parcel. It caused a lot of stress especially how extremely important the product is (for my dog with cancer) and the cost of the order.

I feel extremely disappointed on the response of the owner as I received absolutely no support from her especially when I have been a loyal paying customer for years spending a lot of money with them.

Based on the very poor customer service and postage charges I would not recommend this company.

Yunnan Baiyao has performed miracles on my dogs sinus cancer. He started bleeding out of his nose one year ago and is still going strong. If it wasn’t for this capsule, I don’t think he would be around.
Delivery of product is always timely and prices are reasonable. My Buddy and I thank you for your product.

Don't waste your money on expedited shipping. It all arrives the same time. They will prepare a USPS label which sends you a message that the item has shipped but in reality they are using their internal postage meter. It has not shipped until USPS receives the package.
