Perfect! I was a little nervous about it being a scam but, not at all. Not one problem at all

The packaging quality was decent and the boxes looked good overall. The ordering process was fairly smooth, although there is some room for improvement in communication and turnaround time. Overall, an average experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES.They took my money and it is over 2 months later and I still do not have my product. I was told the boxes were produced in Canada, with a 12-15 business day turn around time - ALL BLATANT LIES. I have never been compelled to leave a negative review before but the lack of transparency, accountability and care for customers is appalling and I would hate for any other small business to experience the nightmare that I have gone through. Awful communication, no willingness to take ownership for the fact that my products were supposed to arrive in December and they missed a website product launch and will not arrive for our busiest holiday of the year (Valentine’s). I have lost over $3000 to them and thousands upon thousands of revenue because of Best Custom Boxes. Please do your business a favour and avoid this scam company at all costs.

Its a total scam company. They claim that they are based in Ontario with their warehouse in BC but thats completely false. They are based in South Asia and the delivery time will be 4 if not 5 times longer than what they tell you it will be.
I was willing to pay a premium price for high quality custom boxes WITH A QUICK TURN AROUND! If I had the time to wait 1.5 - 2 months for a tiny volume of tiny boxes for the crazy prices I paid...I could have easily gotten them from a fraction of the price from other places.
And they have the audacity to email you back after my bank refunded me the crazy cost to tell you how you have done them wrong...absurd.

"Sam" run your business honestly and tell your customers the actual time it will take to get the boxes made AND where the boxes will ACTUALLY be made and maybe you will have better chances with your business.

SCAM COMPANY – AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Absolutely disgraceful service. We placed an order for 1,000 boxes on 25th July with a clear promise they would be delivered no later than 22nd August. What followed was months of lies, false promises, and zero accountability.

Every single week we were fobbed off with a new excuse – from “misprinted boxes” to “you’ll get them next week”, over and over again. When they finally bothered to deliver – on 10th November at 10pm, over three months late – they sent less than HALF of what we paid for.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, when we questioned the shortfall, we were told the remaining boxes had been “misplaced” and they’d be “reproduced and sent”. Then came the next email – on 17th December – saying they could no longer fulfil the rest of the order and would refund us for the missing boxes.

It’s now March. Still no refund.
They ignore emails. They ignore calls. And the rare times they do answer, we get the same pathetic excuse: “you’ll get it next week.” Lies, lies, lies.

This entire situation has caused major disruption to our business. We’ve been left chasing money we’re owed for a product that was never delivered.

Do not trust this company. They are unreliable, dishonest, and quite frankly operate like a scam.
I will be sharing this experience across every platform possible until we receive the refund we are owed.

What I appreciate the most is how easy is this company to communicate with. They answer in a timely manner and take their time to answer all the questions. We ordered from them once for several of our products and will be certainly ordering again. They are quicker than other companies we work with, and prices are also very competitive.

I was really impressed by their service. Even with this pandemic going on, they delivered and custom made the boxes I wanted! The quality of the boxes was amazing and they visually looked as pleasing as I wanted. I would recommend this company to everyone wanting any kind of packaging.

Best Custom Boxes is a great company. I searched many different companies but nobody compares to BCB. The boxes I ordered were exactly on time and they were just as I visualized. The boxes themselves were stunning and the quality was just incredible. The BCB team is full of professionalism and have excellent customer service. Throughout the whole process not once did I feel like I made the wrong decision. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants top quality boxes without any complaints.
