I used to use UPS services however, they are pricey and it's very inconvenient having to leave home to go fax documents. Since I hae discovered Best Fax, it has truly been the best thing for me. I don't have to leave home and it's very affordable. The system is easy to use and it's monthly subscription is so affordable! The customer service is top tier! Ted is Godsent! When I initially signed up, I input the wrong email address and Ted came to the rescue within minutes, literally! What he didn't know was in that moment I was in a time crunch and so that meant everything to me! I did and inquire on something on my dashboard and once again Ted came through quickly and professionally with details and guidance. I like the personal touch with the customer service. If you're looking for a faxing service, look no further Best Fax is the truly that!!

I've been in a bad way trying to handle the affairs for my father's estate, which for some reason still requires a ton of faxing. I found BestFax, and I couldn't believe how easy it was to use. I found Best Fax on Google and decided to give it a try, seemed like the cheapest option. Efax was like $50 per month, insane. Anyway, I was having a bit of an issue with my document formatting so I reach out to their support. A guy by the name of Ted personally helped me get the fax out and confirmed that it was delivered. It was such a great experience. They didn't ask me to leave a review or anything, but I am anyway!

Once I reached their support team, they did agree to issue a refund, which they said would be processed within a few hours. I appreciate that resolution, but the lack of accessible support and the unexpected subscription charge created unnecessary inconvenience.
