Product arrived quicker than estimated delivery date, easy to bend and use to form edging between pond and lawn bringing landscape and water together, so very pleased with end result. Only downside was that 2 of the stakes were faulty in that they were not finished off with large metal burs at the point end, so had to source additional stakes elsewhere, although not the same style.

The product is good but very expensive. It's difficult to know who you are dealing with when contacting customer service. Even though I gave an order number they wanted to know who I bought the product from. It appears after reading other reports on Trustpilot that there are a number of companies supplying the products in various countries and the people you are buying from do not come in contact with the products. They are go betweens. Not sure what I would have had to do if I wanted to return the product. That said the aerator I have bought is very good and is sturdy and does the job.

Overall pleased with the edging. Some of the pins did snap off. It did the job though. Would buy again though

Perfect tool for the job, this product is well made and in my opinion it's worth paying a little extra. Then functionality is exemplary.

This just works and it is great! It is such a pain using garden rakes to get lawns level but I saw this and thought I would give it a try.

Why did I not do this years ago? Brilliant!

Ordered from this company and the next day got an email to say the item was coming from Thailand... looked at the reviews here and that got me concerned... However the item arrived on the promised day, no additional customs or VAT charges, and it was very well made. Matched the photos on the website exactly.

AVOID THIS AND RELATED ENTITIES. Like previous reviewers, I was duped by this site. It gives the impression that it is a uk company with an address which is a ‘flexioffice, in / near Canary Wharf. The website is one of those branded by factory.direct. Which uses an aliased URL thus hiding its identity. Nominet has no details of the Company owners and I couldn’t find any reference to them or ‘ MyLawnCare’ or Bestlawncare in Companies house. I get the impression that factory.direct is a drop shipping service providing website services to several ‘brands’ . Using phrases like ‘British-designed and manufactured at our facilities’ probably means a copy of a traditional British design manufactured in a sweatshop factory. Hence the reported poor quality. I found several similar sites selling the same products with similar products at different prices..all pretty high.

These guys are a joke - I’ve cancelled an order that they haven’t sent out and say it’s their policy to charge 15% to do so. Do not use - they are a scam

Beware - This website is fraudulent! I ordered 2 items from them, one was £150 and one was £200, the £150 lawn rake arrived and seemed to be some kind of look-alike, fake, artificial version of the real product which isn’t actually usable. When it inevitably broke the first time I used it, they told me they would only refund my money for the rake and the other £200 item, if I shipped the scam product to Thailand and provided shipping docs!! All via PayPal resolution team now so hopefully will get my money back but DO NOT USE!!
