Fast delivery is great, however, I have several problems to highlight: Either someone in picking and packing cannot read properly or they just don't care what they send out if the vape device or flavour is not available. Only 2 out of 5 orders I made was fulfilled correctly, for example I ordered a limited edition England Vape, and after 1 wrong attempt I received a Scotland edition. Another order for replacement rubies juice resulted in me receiving the full mod; This leads to another problem, the website doesn't seem to update to show items out of stock, so you can place an order and it seems like pot-luck whatever you receive. I do think that 'Best' Vapes are eager to please customers but when this results in wrong orders, you don't really get the best vape. On occasion that you do receive the correct order, service and delivery is fast wit great tracking.

Fast delivery and so easy to order

I ordered a vape on 6.10.26 and an empty package arrived 6.15.26. I emailed them immediately with screen shots of the empty package. I asked for a replacement or reimbursement. 3 emails later and still no response. I have to wait 30 days to report them through Shopify, so hopefully I will get a resolution after that. Customer service is awful and I will not order from here again, or recommend it for that matter.

Great quality, great selection and always quick delivery.
Also they will communicate if any orders need to be amended or confirmed.
Highly recommended

One of the best shops for vapes, I order online and never had a issue. They get orders out super fast and when there been a issue with stock they called me up to infrom me and asked what I would like instead.

purchased some vapes and expected them between 1 and 2 days and royal mail tracking. they didn't arrive! their contact number is a mobile phone and no one answers. emailed them instead and no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. lucky i bought this via credit card so will report it as a scam website and hopefully get a refund

Fast delivery had a issue with ky order but soon as i emailed them they sorted it stright away and got my order next day

Great service and really quick to deliver

Paid nearly £8 for next day delivery and it wasn’t even dispatched till 6pm the following day.

Edit due to response. Order was placed on 1st July at 3.39pm, it was delivered on 3rd July. This is 2 days.

Avoid orderd 5 pods didn't hear from them didn't receive anything.E mailed today to be told they are out of stock but let me order and pay for them no refund offered and they are now ignoring me.
