It's my second order with Bestwallclock I am happy with the quality of the clocks received , it has been delivered in timely manner and the quality of the clocks are really high, also I should mention that the customer service is stop on! No wonder why they have so many good reviews, they care about you as a customer which is rare nowadays.

I placed an order about two weeks ago, my credit card was charged and I never received a confirmation email from BWC.

I've sent 4 emails to BWC checking on my order, no response. I'm disputing the charge, this is sketchy AF.

The order process was very simple. The order took about two weeks to arrive.
The clock itself matches up with the photograph online very well. The weight of the clock is very good. The detail is very good. The secondhand sweeps like an automatic watch which is a nice touch . Very pleased with the quality of the product and the aesthetics and would definitely recommend.

Quality and delivery service

Love the clock like the quality too. Excellently packaged. Only slight niggle is that I think there should be a small wire gap in the bottom on the back clock casing for the LED lights feed cable ... so that the clock could then rest perfectly flush against the wall.
One other thing is I wish the LED light option was available on the rest of the range ..in particular the Cosmograph Daytona Style clocks and I think I would buy one!
