Everything went smoothly and according to plan. No surprise charges! Alex Cole did a great job in organizing the transportation of my car from the dealership to my house several hundred miles away. Both he and the driver responded by text and phone to all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely use them again!

Horrible untrustworthy company! They will leave you hanging!
David Richard is the broker I dealt with and he was as unprofessional as they come. The boat was supposed to be picked up around 8am. Tried calling texting several times no answer. Finally got ahold of him and it was lies and excuses. 24 hrs later and the boat was never picked up so I fired them. If the owner Mohammad Khan was smart he would do the same with Richard. The bad reviews are accurate stay very clear of Best Way Auto Transport LLC.
