Site is not very user friendly, as for their Bonus for new customers wouldn’t bother. And their customer service is their way or no way, I mean they want this and that, but when you ask them for something from their end, they must press the mute button !!!

They took ages to pay me out, then they deducted money from my winnings and when I complained they disabled my account. This company is rotten to the core.

In all fairness I won’t 470 last night and it has just been approved and arrived in my account. I was proper worried after reading reviews on here

1 - Bet442 failed to honour New Customer offer after everything completed correctly!
2 - Failed to honour another promo a few days later.
3 - sent an email ( admittedly angry in tone but in no way offensive or vitriolic.)
4 - No reply but an email recieved from them next day telling me my account had been 'limited'.
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SITE!

Played yesterday and received withdrawal in bank today of £700 was not expecting it so fast after reading reviews so shocked to be honest I am a new customer aswell

I deposit 1000£ from my bank account to the gambling account but the money never arrived to my gambling account I contacted them and I told what was going on they told me that in 48h my money will be back in to my account is ben more then 5 days since then so I decided to contact them again what they told me it was that the process of deposit is ben cancelled and now is under investigation and is not a certain time that this it may take so evan after a year I may not se my money back this company should not be allowed to do business in the contry.

Robbing scum bags, I withdrew money, they asked for a bank statement with a iban address, I sent this 11 times, they said they cannot upload it as I have to do it, unfortunately as I have explained 14 times it won’t let me, I don’t know why, I have cleared everything on my pc and phone and it won’t work! Now they won’t pay, what a joke of a company, who in the hell can’t upload a statement to their own system! I will never ever use this company again!! I want my MONEY!!!!

The worst company ever I’ve just signed up I’ve had all my documentation in and I’ve heard nothing. They have stolen my identity and they’re not within to getting in contact with me. Do not use! Happy to take your deposit but they claimed a withdrawal to the same payment method failed and they need bank statements to verify. They’re currently withholding £100 of my money.

Been with them on and off august to January never a hassle and then all a sudden they will not authorise a withdrawal , this is day number 10 fighting with them

Never depoist you win one time they pay you then they take lots of money then second time they won't pay you scam

Website is very glitchy and unreliable. However, my only actual issue with them (albeit a significant one) is their lack of response to emails. In my case, a deposit which seemingly was declined whilst being made has been taken from my bank (with the payment now confirmed, i.e. not pending) and my bank insist that the transaction was completed. I would have been minded to side with Bet442 as the funds never appeared in my Bet442 account and my Bet 442 account statement states that the transaction was declined, but whereas my bank have shared with me considerable details relating to that payment 2 emails in over 48 hours to Bet442 have been ignored, which only raises my suspicions. Needless to say I won't be using this company again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Update 05/02 - they never responded to either of my emails. So a deposit seemingly 'fails' with the funds never appearing in my Bet442 account, my bank provides a full electronic trail to demonstrate that the deposit was completed, and when i present that to Bet442 they simply ignore me.

Really didn't think in this day and age such dodgy companies could be allowed to continue operating.

Please take note of this and other reviews and don't set up an account with Bet442, unless you enjoy people stealing your money whilst masquerading as being legit.

Just in response to the recent positive review, the only withdrawal I ever made was processed quickly (putting to one side the £1 fee) shortly after I signed up, but I suspect that's all part of how this company operates, i.e. your first withdrawal is completed without incident so you think they're legit, and then next time you try to withdraw it's a different story.

Update 12/02 - over 3 weeks since the deposit 'disappeared' (with Bet442 claiming the deposit had been declined and my bank insisting that it had been completed), and without any response to the 2 messages I'd sent Bet442, I received a deposit receipt email from Bet442 today for that amount and it has appeared in my Bet442 account balance.

Anyway, I've immediately made a withdrawal request for that amount (minus the £1 fee) and won't ever be using Bet442 again.

Garbage keeps refreshing and signing out then back on and every withdrawal they charge £1 and won't let me activate any my £10 free bets

They hide withdraw on the mobile platform , pathetic .
Contacted them and they told me that withdraw is under account and details, scandalous, shouldn’t be allowed to operate that way.
Withdrew £100 and they charged me £1.
This company should be banned , do not use.

Scam company.. you get persistent issues placing bets, playing in the casino, I've had a free bet that expires with no restrictions on but still doesn't let me use it 🤣🤣 try bet on races that have not yet started and the betting process is like been shot by paintballs for 10mins

There are just a scam of a company am going to keep putting a review up also taken this all the way there saying my mental health is the issue no I've had mental health since I was 15 its shocking the email says about mental health is terrible this all started because a agent ask me if I wanted to up my limit not me her I said yes thought nothing of it next thing there wanting more documents I gave them documents so I said no I don't understand why your asking if I want to up my limit then ask for more documents so I said no then she like self excluded yourself pick one I was like wtaf then she was trying to make me write my mental health was the issue no way did I say that I've got every single screenshot now am saying to them there company is making my mental health terrible for what they said and what they are doing honestly I want this company shut down

My bet still has not been settled I have sent emails and responded with bet id but when I send email it says can't be delivered an absolute disgrace of a service
