Be very careful with this casino. In my experience, they have not paid my winnings as expected, and instead I have received unclear explanations and references to confusing bonus terms. I feel misled by the way this has been handled. Withdrawal limits and bonus conditions should be clearly stated before a player deposits money, not explained differently when it is time to withdraw. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this casino.

I’m actually gutted because up until last week this site was really good.

I finally hit a big 5k win and the withdrawal has been rejected 5 times.

Numerous excuses as per usual and still processing the payment as they are “busy”

If and when I get my money I’ll amend my review but just a warning to other users it starts out ok but the minute you have a win over 1k is where the issues start.

You shouldnt have to be chasing a withdrawal for almost a week when you state 0-48hours!
EDIT- I did get my money eventually and have had a few more withdrawals since but each time it is such a HEADACHE!!! It’s a shame because this casino has massive potential but they clearly stall to process withdrawals with isn’t on!

I’m waiting for my last withdrawal to be processed then I’ll be closing down the account… really such a shame!

If I could give no stars I would . This casino defrauded me £1100. I had wanted to withdraw £825 then was asked for an IBAN number after depositing on visa . They had never reversed the withdrawal. Then I had read they had banned players in the UK 🇬🇧 I asked for my money to be recredited and they refused due to the one star reviews I read on trustpilot . A total scam company . Do not play on it Do not deposit your money as you will be scammed totally 100%

I just tried to withdraw £737 and there was no facilities. Asking for my IBAN
The funds should have been credited to my account . This is definitely a scam site

please everyone do not use as they can see that. I've had 2 withdrawal made and they will not stand one of them so I've had 2 withdrawals at the price of a 1000 pounds per 1, the door paid a full 1000 Inter bank account the only pay in 960 because the rest is taken away as bank charges. So you win and don't get the full money and then decide to lose one withdrawal , and that's okay in their eyes

Absolutely awful site. Didn't receive promised welcome bonus and it seemed impossible to win. When I eventually won a few pound, (certainly nowhere near what I spent), I was unable to withdraw my winnings. Do Not Waste your money on this site
