Can't give no stars but for 10 month I deposited 50 bucks they have it on hold.was told they'll return it 8 times.now, dont do it look at reviews and the scams they g ot going always something with overseas bs

BetDSI does not handle calls or live chats. There is a customer service email but they don’t even respond. I waited and waited for my $4600 Bitcoin payout, and the only times they reached out (by different “teams”) is to request credit card pictures which I did SEVERAL times. The live betting does not work anymore nor does being able to view pending payouts. This is a 100% FRAUDULENT sportsbook, deposits beware. They must be broke and operating on hope. Luckily, I used credit card to deposit there so I am hoping to get my deposits back via disputes.

Absolutely horrible. They take your money fast, payouts are ridiculous. I have been waiting for almost two weeks and the money isn't even deducted from my balance as well as they don't show it pending anywhere. The only way to reach them is to email and they take a long time to respond. Most sites can payout crypto in a few minutes. Not weeks. Also if you win they limit you very fast. They are a joke.

All they say is payout is on the way please be patient.

I've had an account here for about 20 years. Used to be the site was fine. Unfortunately, this site has failed to act on my last number of payout requests. Support has been reduced to email only, and the email support has done nothing to address the issue.

What is worse is that I don't even have that big of a balance and am not requesting large payouts. They are not even paying withdrawal requests of only a couple hundred dollars. I've tried giving them more action as an inducement to pay me so as to keep me as a customer. That hasn't worked. If BetDSI is not motivated enough even to retain its long-term customers, something is very, very wrong.

I warned BetDSI I would make public complaints and got no response. The fact that they don't even seem to care about their public reputation anymore should tell you all you need to know.

I requested a payout of $4,955 from BetDSI after completing a $38,000 rollover and being limited to wagers of only $100 per bet. Shortly after, I was informed that my account had been permanently closed because my betting activity was allegedly consistent with arbitrage betting, which is absolutely untrue. I was also told that my account was linked to another account — this is completely false, as I have never created or used any additional accounts.

I submitted the payout request on a Monday, and the Friday before, I had contacted customer service to confirm that all my verification documents were in order, since payout requests are not processed on weekends. At that time, I was told everything was all set.

Since then, I have been completely locked out of my account. I’ve reached out to the fraud department but have not yet received a response. Additionally, your FAQ section states that deposit and withdrawal transaction fees will be reimbursed, so at the very least, I would like to ensure that happens.

That said, I am also willing to cancel my withdrawal request if my account can be reinstated and my funds reallocated accordingly.

they are the worst sportsbook around and now they disabled their chat, u can not call them because they have had no phone number for years, they offer email, if u email them with an issue it will take them 2 days to reply, they will do everything they can to not pay ur money when its time for a payout, do not give them a dollar

Won $900 on Pick 3 Lotto on August 19. Have not received my funds. Initially was told they were having technical issues and the grading department was working on the payout. Almost a month later still have not been paid.

They won't give me my money until I play it.

They went dark or offline recently and now they are not paying out. They seem to be going out of business. Stay away !!!!!

Cashed out may 22nd! Still waiting for my 5000 , these lousy scumbags say “ Your is in line Payouts gets process as they come in” They will also scam you out of bonuses and not tell you can only transfer 10k of bonus to regular cashier , so when they transfered my 19k, they failed to mention they just pocket anything over 10k . Do NOT use this sportsbook , used to be good but new ownership has ran it right into the ground . I don’t know how they are still in business . Bookmaker and heritage remain the best .

Waiting on payments for nearly 3 weeks, was told today that's there no ETA for payout. I took this as they will pay me when and if they feel like it.

Stay away! Very dishonest company. First they removed betting options during a promotion making it much harder to reach rollover and claim the bonus.

Then, while I believe I probably did violate their terms by coordinating with other bettors, their response was unprofessional and unfair. They closed the accounts without warning taking over $10,000 including recently deposited money that was not yet bet and then went silent refusing to respond. I had similar incidents with other sportsbooks that treated me much more fairly to resolve the situation by issuing warnings or removing bonus offers and returning deposited funds.

I opened yesterday, they approved it, charged my card, made some bets, won some. Today, their fraud department is asking me for several documentation, my billing statements, photo with my ID and credit card. I refused because I'm not comfortable sending my photos. Now they refused me to access it and said they will refund my initial deposit back to my credit card. This is a scam.

I've been a customer for several year with BetDsi, and made my first Zelle deposit. Unfortunately in the memo section input 'parlay'. They advised that they could not accept the deposit (even though it went thru on their end) and I needed to cancel. Since they accepted the Zelle deposit, I could not cancel the transaction. I contacted BetDsi and spoke with 'Brian' who agreed to send me back the money via Zelle. Brian assured me they would Zelle me back the money. It's day three and no Zelle. They are a rip off, so stay far away from these clowns. Below is my last few emails with 'Brian'. I could not post email addresses, so I deleted them. Thank goodness it was only $100!!

Ripped me off!!

Had an account with them for over 7 years. Been a year or so since I last logged in (other sites leave your money alone no matter how much time has passed) I had money still in my account before I left. Have proof of wagers too and winnings!

Log back in today and my money not only is gone but nothing was deposited to me. Complete rip off site. Don’t use! Stay away!!

I agree with everyone else about this being a scam site and should be shut down immediately

They offer a bonus and then out of nowhere and without warning they take it back. The customer service people are rude, useless and just really bad. Avoid this place it is toxic.

Warning scam website! Extremely hard to get your money out. The processes for getting a payout is extremely complicated and time consuming I’ve been trying for weeks. I’ve been on hold with moneygram for an eternity trying to get the money out. The other options for payouts have insanely high fees or are for other currencies like bitcoin.
