BeteSeb Gifts - Ethiopian Gifts Delivery  Avaliações

I felt everything from ordering to receipt of the gift was straightforward and easy. I'm very impressed and happy with both gift and service💯

This is the second year in a row we've used BeteSeb Gifts to deliver a birthday present to our daughter. The service was easy to use, and the staff was extremely communicative. We always knew where our gift order was in process and both deliveries went very smoothly. Our daughter was delighted with the beautiful flowers and delicious cake delivered to her at her place of emploment. Thank you BeteSeb!

The fact that you got, a email that the gift is delivered, is on top!

Thank you for a fast delivery on short notice. Highly recommend 👍

Although I haven't some experience but I can do something that English language I mean learning because I am stud

I bought a birthday gift for my husband , and I was able to inspect it once it arrived on the given delivery date. Everything looked well preserved and the items were all nearly the same as depicted in their website. My husband loved it. Will be ordering again from you guys, thanks!

I send gifts to my parents in Addis for holidays and I am told by my family that the gifts are very tasty. The delivery has always been prompt and efficient. Very friendly service. I appreciate the pictures I receive of my family with the gifts. Thank you Beteseb keep it up.

I found your business while I was searching on Google and when I checked your website the first thing I saw was your tutorial. It showed that you had a variety of cakes, but when I went to order, it only showed one cake. I was about to leave the site when I saw a live chat was available. I wanted to try it even though I wasn’t sure if any one would be available, because in Addis Abeba the time was about 4:00 am. To my surprise, someone named Rahel responded. She was so professional & she had the patience to answer all of my questions. The cake was delivered on the day I wanted and got with a recorded confirmation from the person who received it and that was nice.

I had a good expriance with you guys, friendly staff, helpfull also the order is perfect ...flowers are amazing. Eventhough the surprise not going as planned every thing was great....Thank you so much.

Pro. I switched from other delivery service I used for some time to save some money and honestly I was afraid the service to be not as good. But you prove me wrong! Your service were excellent and the price when compared with other services I believe its fair!
* one other thing that really impressed me was how quickly they contact me when I tried to change the delivery address. The person on the other side of the hot line through telegram app was so professional. The words used, the timing were all exceptional. Keep up the good work.
Con. I tried to send some stuffed animal or toys to my kid. But I didn't see it on your product line.
