Stay away from this site, screams financial scam.

Will not pay out unless you put ove 100 pound into site disgusting

BetFoxx is just another unregulated, deceptive casino in the same shady circle as Fresh-Bet and GoldenBet. What makes them even worse is how they treat you when you try to withdraw a large sum — the process is deliberately slow, painful, and designed to make you cancel your withdrawal and gamble the money back.

I waited over 5 weeks for a basic KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Every time I uploaded documents, they’d either say it was “under review” for days or find some excuse to reject them. It’s clearly intentional. They’re stalling to wear you down, hoping you’ll give up or lose your winnings.

This isn’t a normal delay — it’s predatory behaviour. They’re happy to take your deposits in seconds, but the moment you try to withdraw anything substantial, suddenly everything becomes “policy” and “compliance checks.”

Throw in disguised payment descriptors, lack of licensing from any respected regulator, and near-identical responses to other rogue sites, and it’s clear BetFoxx is not to be trusted.

Avoid at all costs. This is not a casino — it’s a trap.

No chance of winning stay away from this site you will only lose money
STAY AWAY

Appalling customer service
I have emailed 5 times for a limit to be set or my account to be closed absolutely no response

Avoid at all cost. You cannot close your account even after multiple requests via chat and email. Upon my reading through Google reviews it appears to be a scam site with multiple bad customer experience it should closed down from what I experienced and read about this site.

Don't waste your money worst website ever been on. They have gone past there terms and conditions for the withdrawal time. They have ignored all emails, the chat service does nothing and tells people to wait for your email which you will never ever receive... 4 weeks and nothing. Don't use website for your own safety. It's theft

Worst gambling site I have ever used, won £4000, Withdrawl of £500 still pending after 18 working days, DO NOT USE THIS SITE

IMAGINE WINNING £17k LEGITIMATELY AND HONESTLY TO ONLY THEN HAVE IT TAKEN OVER YOU FOR APPARENT “MONEY LAUNDERING” I AM PROBABLY THE MOST HONEST PERSON TOU CAN MEET. What an absolute joke this site is. Closed my account because of money laundering the. Sent all the relevant documents on a number of occasions. Obviously they owe me £500. Does anyone know if I can get this money somehow? Don’t touch this site

I’m disgusted of their service
After 4 weeks of waiting for my £500 to come through my bank I sent several documents for verification and today all of the sudden they decided to take my £500 and close my account
Is there any way I can resolved this?

I've played bigger bass bonanza for years through other casinos, never has any of them ever dead spinned on the feature minimum you get is x10 to x20 without fail yet this casino dead spins quite often on the feature, clearly corrupt

Was going to join then read their T&Cs and glad I did. You can only withdraw 500 and that's the most you can do, if you win 1000 you can't withdraw it. Come on this is the biggest worst scam site I've ever known. Don't put a penny on. You've been warned.

I wish to have better RTP.. that's all...
