Total scam. Words misspelled on rug, distorted image, cheap, overpriced. They would not respond to emails to confirm return address. I used the address in Florida on their website because I needed to return the item within 30 days. It recently came back to me undeliverable because the address does not exist. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a Louisville Cardinals quilt for my husband's bedroom. They sent me a completely different quilt. NOT the one i wanted/ordered. I read other reviews, and have seen a pattern. It seems if you email or you send your product back, you neither get a return email, or a refund.So you now have no money, no product! So needless to say, I'll be keeping mine, and chalk it up to learning a lessen. I would also beware of a company called "Bright and Roomy" as well, THey SAY they're legit. But their return policies are the same as Betiti. I think it's just another spin off of Betiti, with a different name. If you look at both company sites, you will see the EXACT same girls holding up the quilts in the pics. That seems fishy in and of itself, since one company is in FL. And the other is located in TX. (supposedly)....who knows.! But spread the word. Do not buy from either of these companies. Because they have the same girls in the pics, I'm sure they are affiliated some how! The real sorrow is in the fact that these people don't understand that energy is like a magnet. The kind of energy you put out, you will attract back. It't not punishment, or karma...it's simply the law of physics. I sincerely hope they gain some awareness of this fact, before they attract too much damaging negativity back to themselves. I ordered what said was a bedding comforter, and when I got it that’s not what it was. I received a zipper thing that goes over a comforter which is not at all what I wanted. I sent it back for a return in hopes I would get my money back. I have emailed customer service and have yet to get a response. Now I am a month inti emailing and holing to receive my money, as it was not cheap at all and I have no money and no product now.

The University of Florida Gators rug I recently ordered is awful! The rug is cheaply and poorly made. The pattern on the rug is out of focus and blurry. I would return it except your company Betiti probably would not do that right either. Your company would refuse my return and not give me a refund. I would NOT recommend this company or products to anyone! What a terrible experience I had with Betiti and I would give a negative rating on my experience if I could. I will tell people not to use your company or its products.

Still my missing a rug. I ordered 2 alike for bedroom on Dec 2nd and still have only gotten 1. I’ll never buy from them again.

So my order on there site is complete but no tracking number I have emailed them about 5times to get I will check in to this and never get a answer of a tracking number then I was told I will have it at end of day I wrouder end of what day because still on info iam calling my bank to stop payment I believe it was all a scam

worst company I have ever dealt with, I order a rug and my card was charged, the order says complete but still after 2 months haven't received my shipment, I reach out to their email with no help. I would advise against anyone ordering anything from them.

I order an African king size bedding set, they sent me the wrong set,it was very thin and it was two different colors I sent them a email and I have not heard from them. I think they are just sending anything on purpose to get my money I am going to call my United State Congressman

I ordered an area rug. Received no confirmation although my card was charged and paid. I received no shipment notification. Wrote several emails to them and never received an answer ( they have no other contact method).
I am disputing this with my credit card and have notified law enforcement. I should have looked further because they are a creepy Chinese company.

This place is a joke. I, well actually my kids great grandfather, had me find my kids some bed sheets. I came across this website, betitistore.com. I purchased a full Lilo and Stitch 4 pcs set and a twin Dragon Ball Z 4 pcs set. He also paid an additional $16 for express shipping. After almost 3 weeks of constant calles I receive a package no bigger than throw pillow on a couch. Nothing about the order was correct. The comforter was like someone forgot to put any stuffing inside and the sizes were completely wrong plus I got the same thing twice. I received a King Dragon Ball Z 3pc and a Full Dragon Ball Z 3 pc. My son sleeps on a twin and the Lilo and Stitch belonged to my daughter who sleeps on a full. So this was useless and after him/her charging over $175 you'd think they'd want to fix their mess up. Nope they just say I'll look into it and never respond. My kids were heartbroken and I feel like I wasted over $175 of their great gpas money. PLEASE DONT BUY NOTHING FROM HERE.
