Worst experience I have ever had with a bookmaker
I am a Greek customer and have been registered with Betmaster for about 6 years (Account ID: 16417574888).
In December 2025, I deposited €50 via Neteller to play again after a long time. I lost the initial amount and made a second deposit. Then I managed to make a small profit of around €321 and decided to request a withdrawal. Then my nightmare began.
Although my most recent and only active deposit was via Neteller, I was asked to verify two different bank cards and provide detailed transaction records from 3 and even 6 years ago. I found this request completely unreasonable and explained that my recent deposit — which yielded the profit — was made exclusively through Neteller.
Their answer was clear: if I didn't provide everything they asked for, I wouldn't get my money.
So I had to look for expired bank cards and obtain transaction records from 6 years ago, as well as official bank documents proving that one card had been replaced by another. I had to take time off work and visit my bank in person to collect these documents.
After submitting everything they asked for — without any valid justification — they also asked for verification of my Neteller account, which should have been the only verification needed to begin with.
The result? They now have all my personal documents and transaction history from 2020 to date and the €321 has yet to be paid. When I asked for clarification on the delay, I was told that this "standard process" can take up to 30 business days — possibly longer.
In my personal experience, this company makes withdrawals unnecessarily complicated and discourages customers when it's time to pay.
I strongly advise others to be extra careful before signing up.
