So i ended up signing up in a whim and was given a $100 no deposit bonus with a 10x wager.
I ended up getting $550 out of that bonus.
I had to make a deposit in order to withdraw the funds, so i did. and i got my money within 24hrs

Seems pretty great right? It was! But i should’ve just took the winnings and NEVER played BetMGM ever again, because it’s just like everyone else says….. you win at first, then after your first withdrawal they screw you over, never letting you get any wins whatsoever, ever again.

I decided i would try the 100% deposit match bonus after i got the $550 that i won. It has a 15x wager. So i deposited $100 and i cannot get a win for the life of me.

I wish i read the reviews before i made the mistake of depositing $100 after i won, but im glad i at least found out the truth when i did, instead of -$200 or more down the road lol

Anyways, if you want to give them a try, go for it! do NOT continue playing after your 1st withdrawal, if you do because you think you might keep winning, please set a loss limit and be sure to pull out and never look back at MGM once you hit that limit.

This time of many I was given free play won and then won't let me play. Other times it blocks me from playing anything if it thinks I'm going to win after spending hundreds on a game. Very controlled!

The app steals your $. Placed a bet but my account was deducted 3x the bet. Customer service does nothing. Be sure the screen record your play. Support does nothing to help. Just make you email them and waste your time

I've never been so angry at an online casino! I deposited 40$ to my account that I've played before. This time when I went to open up a game, it told me I needed to download this location app or something. When I tried it gave me a 404 not found message. Wouldn't let me open the game. I played a game Raging Rex 2 extensively for long term play. When I got enough scatters to achieve the bonus, the game was shut down during the bonus round. I was winning over $3000 with many spins left. I was finally receiving my rtp % from the game when all of the sudden the game shuts down. I’ve played for many years and this game shut down in a different way than if it was just an error from the actual game. If that was the case then when I re entered the game it would’ve continued from my previous session. This was not the case. The game was gone “poof” as if i never received the bonus round and my account balance had no change. It wasn’t in the games history either. This clearly looked like BETMGM ONTARIO shut the game down themselves and was later confirmed via chat and phone call with a supervisor. I have screenshots of their reps confirming my unfinished game and was advised I would receive action from their appropriate team and receive a response within 24-48hrs. I was very patient and waited weeks before contacting them again via chat. When I reached out again, all of the sudden the BETMGM representative advised that said unfinished game never existed. I called and finally got to speak with a supervisor in New Jersey USA as my previous calls I ended up in a call center located in Manila of which I was hung up on 6 times, transferred to random voice mails of people with whom don’t even work for the organization. Was a strange experience. The supervisor confirmed the unfinished game existed but BETMGM closed it out to do a check of the game was working fine apparently. This makes no sense as right after the game closed I was still able to access the game and wager money immediately? If the game truly was closed for a maintenance check or whatever then it shouldn’t have been accessible still and accepting bets. Nothing was wrong with the game. BETMGM just didn’t want to pay out the winnings which I must assume would be well over $3000. The representative advised they credited my $1 wager back to my account of which I wagered to receive the bonus. I advised this is unacceptable and illegal behaviour and at this point I will have to further my complaint to the gaming commission as the supervisor informed me they would escalate the issue and I’d have a response within 48hrs. Again they are ghosting me. I would advise to avoid this company at all costs. Potential illegal operations.

Absolute worst!!! Got a promotional offer for a deposit match, I played and won. I met their betting requirements and was informed that the money was mine. Attempted to withdraw. They sent the email to the wrong address, after contacting them and working with Customer Service the withdrawal was cancelled. I had to wait 48 hours before I could try it again. Again they sent the withdrawal email to the wrong address and again after chatting with customer service they cancelled the withdrawal. This time, I was told that I would receive an email when the the issue was resolved, of course, it never came.
