I have purchased 5 bags from Betsy & Floss over the last couple of years. High quality products that last really well and still look like new. I have only had one minor defect which was that the fixing for a strap had come unsewn. Upon contacting B&F the customer service was second to none. They advised me to return the bag, even though it was well over a year old, they completed the repair and couriered it back to me all Free of Charge. I highly recommend this amazing company who provide high quality leather bags and deliver excellent customer service. I will happily buy from them again.
