Got my first order promptly. Second order - took my money and never send my clothes. As beautiful as the dresses are, dont purchase from this company.

I had ordered a dress in August that i never received. I had sent at least 4 emails without any response. And now says that the website is closed! No wonder why! Terrible experience! Just took the money and disappeared!

No communication about where my order was, randomly arrived one day, terrible fit even according to size guide and no correspondence for size change request. No answer even after three frustrated emails. It has been over two months now. Avoid at all costs!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would..... rubbish... no communication once ordered ... atrocious quality.... nowhere to return

Same here. I received a bad dress after 1 month. The quality is awful and does not look like the picture. Noone answering.

I received my items and very happy with them but waited over 2 months to receive. I sent multiple emails to the email provided on their so called website and no one has answered any of them.

I saw the advertisement for betsybloom.com on Facebook. I bought two dresses on 25 August 2020. I received the dresses on 30 September 2020. The colours of the dresses were darker than the pictures. But more importantly, their cuts were terrible even for pregnant women. It was difficult to figure out how to get a refund, but eventually, I followed as per one-line comment from their website to email
"contact @ betsybloom.com" (no email address is allowed here, so I add spaces in between) to request a refund on the same day. I have never received a reply from them. DON'T BUY. BESTYBLOOM IS A SCAM.

hi im here to say this clothing shop is just a scam the pictures are so obvious i love how most of the dresses look but its just a scam please dont shop here i haven't bought anything because the smarties thing to do before shopping on a sight is to look at reviews. just like i did and to be clear one last time DONT SHOP HERE IT IS A SCANDAL there are so much more places to shop that arent a scam so forget about this one thank you stay safe and do your research before! :)

“I ordered a dress and was charged $30 on my credit card listed as "RUPOLLO RUPOLLO CO * FL". I never received my dress and am unable to track it even though it supposedly "shipped" weeks ago. Betsy Bloom is a scam. Do not give them your credit card information.”

However, after I changed my credit card and called my bank the dress arrived. I like the dress and I’m happy that it came and wasn’t a slam. However, there was never any shipping information to let me know my order was on the way. Thankfully my dress came, but I wish this company would have kept me more informed so I didn’t have to change my credit card information. I never heard any kind of response to my email.

This company is a scam. Took my money but no dress arrived and no response to emails. Please report any bad experiences to trading standards.

Charged $32 from Florida not the UK. No dress. and $700 in attempted charges to my card from Florida.
It's the new site for known scam site Billy Retro I found out... it looks really professional.

Awful, would not respond to emails about my return and did not give me my money back. When I kept asking they did offered a coupon and I just wanted my money back at that point! Ridiculous. Bad quality dresses, customer service, and fraudulent practices. Beware, they are “Billy Retro” under a new name.

Trading under betsybloom but in fact billy retro. They renamed the company due to scamming many customers. The London address is not valid. Buyers beware! Such a bad experience, lost money. Took my dresses but never gave the refund. Refused to answer emails and Pm!

As the comment below noted, this company is run by the same company as "Billy Retro"
I bought clothing from Billy Retro which was terrible quality, they do not respond to emails and would not refund me.
I have written a full review on Billy Retro on Trustpilot and recommend going to that site.
