Bought a robot vacuum from Betta. Did not work from day 1. Not helpful when contacted. 2 months later, we still have a vacuum that does not work. Do not buy from Betta - after sales service terrible!

Eh? 2.6 🌟 wot stores are you guys going to? Wanting to watch BBL finals tonight my TV just died.Within two hours l had purchased a new 55" Hisense for a fantastic discount from Barry's store in Burnie Tasmania and was sitting in my recliner watching it as the guys from Betta delivered it hooked it all up, stayed until it updated, explained everything.Just incredible service.I cannot recommend this store enough!

Purchased a oven from Betta in Gladstone as we thought our original oven was broken but turned out to be a simple fix, tried to get a refund but they wouldn't refund as they said it was change of mind, it wasn't. Definitely not going back.

Tried to give local store at haayborough twice within a month, first item was on website but they couldn't supply, second item yesterday was on website so i rang for availability and to match price from two other retailers, while on hold recording said they will not only match other offers but will better it. salesman came back to me with $130.00 more than i could get from another retailer, every time i try and purchase from this store they have never got the item in stock

The worst. They slugged me $1200 to get a reverse cycle air conditioner installed for only 3 hours work!!! It took 2 months to get my cash back and 2 months I had to wait to get my aircon installed. I could have got this done cheaper from someone in Adelaide. They rip off locals! My other aircon I am installing I am using someone else and just have bought a 75 inch T.V online cheaper. I will be purchasing my oven and other electricals I need online from now one.

Betta in Wollongong just gave me 10-star service. I've needed a new oven for years but other stores were just a hassle of no suitable replacement, problematic delivery, installation, and "It's your problem" attitude to removal of my old crock. I walked into Betta and walked out a quarter hour later, all problems solved. Ali, who runs this shop, is fantastic. He delivered the oven himself at my convenience, the next working day. The young installer/electrician he sent not only installed it later that day but fixed the bodgy electrics the builders had done--all cheerily, neatly, and so efficiently that I asked for his name for future fixes. I unreservedly recommend this shop.

They literally stole $300 from me!

1. Purchased an air purifier online, for delivery.
2. It was an urgent purchase, and it took them two weeks because they do not actually hold stock of anything - I had to wait for the store to receive stock from the distributor.
3. The model I received was the wrong one - it was a significantly cheaper model.
4. They sent a courier to pick up the incorrect model, who proceeded to not mark the package as received (and I guess stole it?)
5. They are refusing to refund, despite their partner courier losing the package.

Buy from anywhere else. I purchased the correct model from appliances online for the same price, and received it the next day at a time of my choice.

My LG dishwasher has broken down for the second time in the warranty period.
Breakdown was reported about a month ago. Service man arrived 05/o3/25.
Today Beth Living Castlemaine informed me that it would have to wait another week to resolve the problem
waiting for spare parts. Next time WARRANTY GONE!

I needed an appliance in a hurry and I couldn't be happier with Betta Balaklava. They were friendly, helpful, and they gave me a great price for what I needed. They didn't try and upsell me, but encouraged me to take a cheaper option which they felt suited me better.

To me, the test of a trustworthy business is whether they are more concerned with upselling than what you need.... And Betta passed the test 100 per cent. I would highly recommend them.

i wanted to express my disappointment with the service from Betta. I placed an order 3 wks ago and have been waiting for delivery to no avail. I called up this morning and spoke to a gentleman named peter who told me that my order had been sitting there for 2 wks yet was never delivered. I didn't even receive a message or email informing me on the current status of my purchase. When we call and ask for refund and he said he will have it sent out tomorrow asap. And when they do the delivery they have not provide any tax invoice.
I wont be doing buisiness with Betta again and will be posting my unfortunate experience to all of my contacts and followers on my social media accounts which reviews services and organisations.

Michael at Betta Home Chatswood is a very good operator. Great product knowledge. What’s most impressive is how he felt with my problem of a faulty Hisense washing machine. Took it back after Hisense were not being cooperative, replaced it with another better brand and followed up to make sure everything was ok. Who else gives service like this? Thank you Michael.
