Better used to be better.

Better used to be great, but their service quality has noticeably declined. I worked with them for a refinance in 2021, and the experience was smooth, but recently, it seems like they've let their standards slip. It’s unclear if they’re committed to maintaining the high-quality service they once offered.

Staff was well trained and always helpful, courteous and friendly.

Ryan Dang is nailing it. He is on top of his game which means he is fast, friendly and furious (in a good way - furiously working to get me the best deal). I will send you all my referrals and I will come back again. Sanam is great at closing.

Easiest mortgage experience ever, I highly recommend this company.

Help me to understand and they explained the process for me. When ever they needed another part they helped me through it.

Would highly recommend Better to anyone. Great rates, everyone we interacted with from origination to closing was knowledgeable, lightning fast and easy to reach. In particular, our originator, Steve Woo, was accessible nights, weekends, early morning by phone, text or email. I really appreciate the user friendly online tool, the Rate table that allowed us to make the best decision for ourselves at our own pace and the constant communication and automated messages leading us through the whole process.

I have several rentals and it makes things more complicated. Everybody is patient to get it close.

I have a pleasant working with Dyllon Bobo. I was hesitant at first using Better since it is all through portal, and I am concerned with how easy to get in touch the rep. After talking Dyllon, he put my mind at ease. He is very attentive and very easy to talk to . He makes time to answer all your questions and address your concern. I think this is very crucial since you are making the biggest purchase of your life. He explained in details all steps throughout the process with no surprise. I am definitely recommend Dyllon.

I like how everything is easily done online, but you still have a "team" to work with in case you have questions. Lisa J. and Bradley A. were my team and absolutely wonderful to work. They checked in, followed up, and kept me on task. If I needed to speak to them it was easy to schedule a call. Great company to work with and caring employees.

Kody Powell is amazing! We had a lot of question around our refinance and he was able to answer every question with detail and clarity. Purchasing a home or refinancing can be stressful but I am glad that I have been working with Better on 3 different loans now and they never disappoint. The whole process was made easy especially by the reps.

The entire process was so user-friendly especially the online portal for uploading all necessary documents. My team Vugar Mishiyev and Alexa Fallon were excellent and always provided immediate assistance and results. They never over promised and always delivered. I was continuously updated daily which made the process smooth and I was able to close early. I will work with Better Mortgage again in the future. A very professional experience.

I was told I will be approved for my loan and they get my appraisal money and then later they said I can’t qualify and they never return my money I am still waiting and no one have reach out be careful abt the way this mortgage works

Horrible company would keep spamming you after multiple explicit requests not to call. Their product was not competitive anyways.
