Balance and mobility
I am having physcial difficulties due to past injuries and surgeries. These courses will hopefully help me do better with balance and mobility
Wonderful idea
I like the ideia of exercising at least a little bit every day, since I don't enjoy doing exercices at all.
The problem is that my knee hurts a little bit, and I didn't feel very safe in the last 2 exercices.

Nothing to Lose - a very honest company
I have purchased quite a few of these classes - they are easy to accomplish-mine are all sitting or standing, no floor work as I cannot get up and down on the floor-for this reason I try to register for anything that does not require floor work-never found anything like this before. Thanks Better5

I think this provider of fitness programs is the most practical and well-priced one I've seen, particularly for those of us who've moved into their so-called "golden" years.
Finally, a program that works for me
As a 61-yr-old overweight, out-of-shape woman who has always disliked exercise, exertion, sweating, etc... this program is a great way for me to get myself into better shape and establish healthy habits. I have a history of getting inspired and then going gangbusters for the first day or two... until the soreness and pain sets in because I've overdone it. Then I take a 1- to 2-day break to let my muscles recover, and by then I've lost my motivation. This program has been great for me so far because it's forcing me to start small and not overdo it, thereby enabling me to keep going every day without needing to rest my muscles. I appreciate the clear and detailed descriptions of how to execute the exercises, and what sensations are normal.
The only suggestion I have is to tell the user, in the Intro video for each series, what equipment will be needed later in the series. For example, in the series I'm doing, I was surprised on Day 3 that I would need resistance bands (didn't have any, still don't), and on Day 4 I would need the bands and a yoga block (don't have that either). We'll see what equipment is needed on Day 5...
I am new to the program
I am new to the program, but so far I am very happy with my program. At 70 with knee and shoulder issues, this is a perfect way for me to continue exercising and increasing mobility.
Simple and encouraging
Simple and encouraging. I will repeat the course and move on to stage two of Chair pilates. The instructor is very clear about the exercises so I knew exactly what to do, as well as being calm and easy to listen to.

Great course
I really appreciated this course. I was pretty out of shape when I started so it was a great intro pilates course. After the first week or two my balance started improving, I could feel myself sitting up straighter and my endurance doing other exercise increased.

Big help!
These stretches have been a huge help for shoulder and neck tension and pain due to constant computer work at home during the pandemic. They loosen things up as well as strengthen. Stephanie's presentation is great. I wouldn't do these if she wasn't there with me!
Gentle Yet Effective
I'm 66 and my joints and I don't always get along these days. Reluctantly, I've had to curtail some of my favorite physical activities. Better5 came along just at the right time. I have several of their courses now and am very pleased with the instructors, variety, length of workouts, and sound knowledge of (senior) body mechanics. Well done!

I paid for the chair pilates class and all I've received is a receipt. I tried to access the library for the course but it only allowed me to log in to an account I don't have but no.option to set one up. If I can get access to what I've paid for I might be able to give a better review. This was done on facebook

Have really enjoyed this program. The instructor is very upbeat and positive. She makes exercising fun and so easy to do them at home at times that are good for you.
