We needed a new bed frame quickly. We found one we liked on the website. Lee was very responsive and we had it in our home in a few days, it is great quality and we love it.

What an amazing company
What an amazing company. The customer service was so helpful when I needed extra info about the beds and delivery - I literally got emails back within the hour and I had a lot of questions! They really care, not like the big chains - will defo order for them again!

Hi Mia, we are sorry about this, us and heartlands furniture have reviewed the video and have both come to this conclusion. I agree with what they are saying below, that the driver didn't kick the dog in anger he just pushed him away and your daughter was laughing with them in the video which shows there wasn't any malicious action by the driver.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns regarding the recent incident involving our delivery driver and your dog.
We have reviewed the video footage from the delivery, and it clearly shows that our driver did not kick your dog. Instead, he gently used his leg to nudge the dog away, likely out of caution or uncertainty. At no point did he act aggressively or with intent to cause harm.
That said, we understand that your dog is part of your family, and we regret that the situation caused any upset.
Please be assured that we will discuss this with the driver(s), - to be especially careful and considerate when pets are present during deliveries.
We appreciate your understanding and hope we can move forward positively.

Great service!!!
I needed a new bed for my preteen and after finding one he liked, I had to find a company with great reviews on Trustpilot that would deliver it quickly. Not only was the price at Better Bed Company competitive but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Lee confirming it would be delivered the very next day – the other companies would have delivered after 14 days. I got a 3 hour delivery window so didn’t have to wait the entire day and the delivery team called to let me know when they were almost there. The entire process was smooth and efficient but most importantly, my son loves his new bed. I would definitely recommend Better Bed Company!

Excellent Service from Better Bed Company – Highly Recommend!
I had a really positive experience with Better Bed Company. I ordered a bed online and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Lee, who confirmed it would be delivered the very next day – fantastic news, especially since we had just moved into a new build and another company had let us down.
The communication was clear and efficient, and Lee made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Although we had a minor hiccup with the delivery team, it was quickly resolved, and everything was put right without any hassle.

14 day return policy is not enough time
We ordered a Julian Bowen Capsule Orthopaedic Mattress for our new home through Better Bed Company. We tested the mattress two weeks later when we fully moved in and realized the mattress was way too soft and cheaply made. When you turn on your side, you’re literally eye level to the floor. Both my husband and I knew it wasn’t suitable. The edges of the mattress was also fraying and there were faint stains as well. We wrote to our rep who sold us the mattress to ask for an exchange simply for the back pain. I didn’t even mention the fraying. Our rep Lee said he called and talked to the folks at Julian Bowen and they said the most they can do is have us order a new one from them and they would take their other mattress back. We were outside their 14 day return policy. I contacted them 18 days later. 14 days is a literal joke when most mattress and bed companies let you test for 60 or more days. We should have known better than to naively order anything from this greedy company. We thought they were reputable but obviously they just have a nice website but absolutely no human sense.
We ended up ordering a mattress from another company and have slept so much better since. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. It was our first and last time ordering with them.

Hi Jen, apoligies for this, but the supplier gives a 14 days trial period on this particular mattress. This isn't on eof them with 100 days trial where they charge the customer double for the mattress like these companies do. There has to be a cut off and this fell outside the 14 days.
We did offer you 5% off another mattress and to uplift this, we can't take mattresses back that have been slept on and are not faulty and out of there returns period.
