I picked up a bottle of each of these at a trade show as I wanted to try something for my bloating/gas.
After 3-5 days the impact began.
I'm more tolerant to everything that used to bother me. Lactose, chickpea, saitan.
When it came to renewing my supply, I ran these ingredients through Copilot and AI confirmed what I had purchased was top tier BB12 and LGG.
BB12 and LGG have made a significant impact on my life and I will be using Better Guts for my requirements permanently.

Had a few problems at first with the dosage and the effect it had on my sensitive tummy! I reached out to Matthew via email and had some Fantastic advice and he communicated consistently until we found the best dosage for me, he even checked in weeks later! A super supportive company!
