The entire customer support staff were extremely communicative, attentive, and empathetic when I reached out with an issue regarding a charge. Not only did they resolve my issue, but they impressed me greatly with their interactive customer support skills!

The app. Is the most motivating, cool fun app. I was so satisfied with it! Makes working out so easy! It’s very very convenient. On the app you have so many options of tracking what you eat, what you drink - it’s really affective.
Also I want to send a big thanks to the team of costume service- you are awesome!!!!! I had a problem & they came through for me big time!!!!
I will continue working out with the app asap .

The customer service I received was really good. An issue whereby I appeared to have got an account and one said was cancelled so I didn’t realise I had a different one to cancel. Cancelled and refund received really quickly. Very pleased

I am happy with the last communication…
I am happy with the last communication with the BetterMe team, I have requested a refund for a subscription I was charged. But I can't follow any schedule. They made me many very attractive offers but I am unable to follow any program. Nevertheless, they were kind and refunded my money.

Lovely team
The customer service team who work so hard to answer all our millions of tiny questions in a nanosecond were super friendly and helpful with my query. They gave me lots of options and then a no-quibble refund when i decided to cancel after 6 months.

I didn’t catch that auto fill used the wrong shipping address on my order. I emailed support in the evening and when I checked my emails early the next morning, they had updated it and let me know.
