Wunderschöne Schlafcouch, die sowohl sehr hochwertig ist als auch sehr sehr einfach zusammengebaut werden kann. Ich bin großer Fan!
Einzig die Lieferung und die Kommunikation seitens der Spedition zog sich wirklich sehr lange - was aber auch kein Wunder ist, bei einem verhältnismäßig kleinen Unternehmen, das in Dänemark sitzt und bis in den Süden Deutschlands senden muss. Dafür war der Kundenservice von Better Nights immer erreichbar und sehr engagiert. Insofern, trotz stellenweise sehr realer Angst, das Produkt nie zu bekommen, 5/5 Sterne

Best bed we ever had
Best bed we ever had! Great quality and great service. The delivery time was a wee bit misleading, it took 6 weeks instead of 4 (to the Netherlands), which is still incredibly fast compared to others. Might be handy to change this info on the site.

Het spijt me je beoordeling te lezen en ik begrijp heel goed dat het frustrerend is dat je je bestelling nog niet hebt ontvangen.
Ik zie dat je bestelling een verwachte levertijd heeft van 50-55 werkdagen, aangezien het om een op maat gemaakt product gaat. Deze informatie staat zowel op onze website als in je orderbevestiging vermeld.

They didn’t train the employees and Costomer service is horrible.
They got my referal and in two months NOTHING happened, only excuses.
One star is too much for its serve.

Ongedierte bij Better Nights, snelle oplossing personeel
Het heeft even geduurt voordat mijn bestelling kwam. Toen deze arriveerde bleek het dat ook muisjes gek zijn op de producten van BetterNights, mijn topperhoes was erg beschadigd en vuil.
Na contact op te hebben genomen met Betternights, kreeg ik dezelfde dag nog een reactie met dat een nieuwe topperhoes onderweg was.
Daarnaast excuses, en een extraatje voor het ongemak.
Doordat betternights mijn vervelende situatie snel heeft op kunnen lossen, pas ik bij deze mijn review aan van 1 naar 4 sterren.

Bezorging en communicatie
We hebben een bed besteld, compleet met montage en bezorging. We kregen bericht dat het bed binnen was en er werd een vaste bezorgdatum doorgegeven. We vroegen nog of dit op een andere dag kon, maar dat was niet mogelijk.
Op de dag van levering kregen we te horen dat ze tussen 9.00 en 13.00 uur zouden komen. We hebben vrij genomen en ’s ochtends nog snel ons oude bed naar de stort gebracht om ruimte te maken. De bezorging liet echter op zich wachten. Uiteindelijk kregen we bericht dat er vertraging was en dat we nader zouden worden geïnformeerd. Na 13.00 uur hoorden we helemaal niets meer.
Via de klantenservice kregen we later te horen dat de bezorgers alsnog onderweg waren; om 16.40 uur stonden ze voor de deur. De chauffeurs spraken geen Nederlands, reageerden geprikkeld en wilden alles zo snel mogelijk naar binnen “jassen”. Toen bleek dat de bakken niet via binnen naar boven konden vanwege de draai, stelde mijn man voor om via buiten te gaan — een route die prima mogelijk was. De bezorgers wilden dit echter niet, ze keken constant op de klok en dwongen ons binnen vijf minuten te beslissen: of ze het binnen neerzetten, of alles weer meenemen.
Uiteindelijk hebben we gekozen voor terugnemen, want op deze manier ging het gewoon niet. Gevolg: geen bed, geen fatsoenlijk gesprek en geen enkele oplossing. De volgende dag kregen we een mail dat we restitutie zouden krijgen en dat het “jammer” was dat het niet naar boven kon. Maar dat is precies het punt: het kon wél, maar doordat ze zo laat waren en niet wilden meedenken, was er geen andere optie. Geen excuses, geen begrip.
We hebben inmiddels ergens anders een bed besteld. Waar we wederom op moesten wachten. Dus we slapen nu op een luchtbed. Jammer, want het product is vast goed, maar de klantenservice en bezorging zijn echt ver beneden niveau en totaal niet oplossingsgericht. Ook staat er niet welke afmetingen al in elkaar zitten voor je het koopt. Voor ons echt nooit meer!

We hebben de restitutie geregeld zoals gevraagd en hopen dat je inmiddels een goede oplossing hebt gevonden. Nogmaals excuses voor het ongemak en bedankt dat je ons hierop hebt gewezen - het helpt ons om de service te verbeteren!

The Product (Mome) was great
The Product (Mome) was great, well packaged and easy to install. But 2 heavy packages were delivered by one single man, at ground floor of the building - not in the front of the door (level 1 of the building): that is not acceptable to deliver such a furniture out of client's house/flat and to let it on the pavement/public way.

Goede service. Het bed paste eerst niet door het trappenhuis. Het bleef 1 week bij de bezorger in de opslag liggen. In de tussentijd kon ik bedenken hoe ik het matras naar boven zou krijgen. Alles gelukt en nu lig ik heerlijk op het nieuwe matras!

Couch is nice, delivery is not.
Overall the couch and bed is comfortable and beautiful. Delivery experiences was awful.
Firm for delivery gave me a delivery data via WhatsApp messaging, then the day before the delivery date they insisted on coming even though I was not available. I had to cut short at work and come back home because they said we will be there at 5pm. And then they came at 8pm! I tried to cancel and they said if I cancelled I cannot get the couch because they have deliveries in Germany and they need to move on!

Beyond our expectations...
This company really stands out for its excellent and refreshingly friendly customer service, their high quality products and their brilliant website. For a customer, it is very helpful to have a clear visual of what you are buying as well as getting all the necessary information with it. The website is able to show you the beds in great detail and allowing you to select any additional options as you go through the process of buying. Very easy, clear and detailed, which is exactly what you need when you are buying a bed online.
The delivery was exactly as promised and the boxspring model we chose is beyond our expectations. It is clear that the entire bed is made of superior quality and putting the boxspring together was surprisingly easy (no tools needed). More importantly, it is so comfortable. Sleeping on a topper is new for us, so initially it felt a little 'soft', but we are already getting used to it. We also purchased a topper sheet and could not believe the beautiful satin feel quality. This all truly makes for a heavenly sleep experience and a better night's rest. So, even though it felt a bit of a risk to buy a bed online without having tried it, we are so happy that we did (plus the reassurance of trying it out for 100 days). The entire experience has been beyond our expectations!
