Great company, highly recommend
Always a personal and friendly service. I had a problem buying online and got a phone call back the following morning. All sorted by phone by a lovely worker, Kate. We have used Bettersafe for several years for car hire excess cover, claimed once which was so easy to do. I wouldn't use any other company!

Always felt safe using this cheaper alternative to hire company excess protection insurance. Used for several years but only had to use it 2 years ago for the first time. They paid out with no quibble over the claim. Excellent service. I have paid again for 2026/7.

Better safe claim was handled immediately with clear instructions for photos of accident etc. Received claim three days later. Very confident in their support and service

It suits our needs and they have provided competitive price plus 10% discount for return custom and most importantly avoids the pressure selling when collecting the car which we had experienced in the past
