Fast but a bit confusing
It was easy to find the products I was looking for and I appreciated the discount. As far as the purchasing experience, I did have trouble figuring out how to apply my happy points, I said I wanted to apply them, but there was no confirmation and I couldn't tell if a discount was made after I selected that option, so it was a little confusing. I also had a hard time understanding if I was on the right website, as there are three different product companies as I'm aware, Genucel, Chamonix, and nusu.com, I couldn't tell if I was on the right website for the products I was ordering. That was confusing. i tried to call an agent for assistance but no one answered the phone. I also tried the chat feature but did not get a response.
