Better Voice is the home of the Vocal Trainer, a simple, effective vocal warm-up tool designed to help singers warm up more efficiently, reduce strain, and sing with greater ease. The Better Voice Vocal Trainer is based on SOVT (semi-occluded vocal tract) voice techniques, a method widely used by vocal coaches, speech therapists, and professional singers. By singing through a small, controlled opening, the Vocal Trainer creates gentle back pressure that helps the voice work more efficiently and with less effort. Singers use the Vocal Trainer to prepare for rehearsals, performances, studio sessions, and daily practice. It’s designed to be portable, adjustable, and easy to use, making it suitable for beginners, students, vocal coaches, and professional performers alike. Better Voice is a U.S.-based, family-run company that designs and manufactures the Vocal Trainer with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We ship worldwide and work with singers, teachers, choirs, studios, and schools around the globe. Many people discover Better Voice while searching for Vocal Trainer reviews, singer warm-up tools, and voice training products online. This page allows you to read real customer reviews and experiences with the Better Voice Vocal Trainer so you can make an informed decision.

Singer’s Best Resource
I’ve been using the Vocal Trainer for several months, and it has made SOVT exercises so much easier for me! It’s more convenient than using various-sized straws. It helps bridge register “breaks” and really enhances preparation in my upper range. Love it - thank you, Better Voice!

Resposta da Better Voice | Vocal Trainer
Thanks so much for the review—we’re really glad the Vocal Trainer is making your warm-ups easier and more effective!
BetterVoice Veteran
I’ve been using the BetterVoice for about two years now, and it is absolutely exceptional. Much like the straw method, it creates back pressure as you buzz your lips through it, which really loosens up the vocal cords whether you’re humming through songs you plan to sing or working through scales and other exercises. After about 10 or 15 minutes, I feel like I’ve been singing all day long, even if it’s early in the morning.
It’s so fantastic that I decided to buy the new upgraded model, even though my original is still in perfect working order. 10/10, I would absolutely recommend it to any singer. I’ve done just that, and quite a few of my singer friends have purchased one as well. They’ve all said equally exceptional things about the BetterVoice.

Hi Giampaolo,
Thank you for your feedback — we're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, and we’d like to clarify a few things for transparency:
The Better Voice Vocal Trainer is made from Formlabs BioMed Black resin, a premium, medical-grade material known for its durability and performance. This is clearly stated on our website, and we take great care in the materials we use.
Your order was placed on July 12th and delivered to Spain 13 business days later, which falls well within the 10–20 business day window for Standard Courier shipping shown at checkout.
We did receive your first email early this morning, and we responded within 4 business hours. We're always here to help and wish we'd had the chance to assist before you felt the need to leave a review.
The return process is outlined in multiple places on our website, including our FAQ – Shipping, Returns & Support page:

We’d love to make things right if you’re still unsatisfied — just reply to our email and we’ll be happy to help.
Best regards,
Better Voice Support
Poor product & zero customer service
The order was placed in November, it took over a month to arrive. Fine.
After about a week of usage, the product seemed to offer the resistance change it offered. Move the slider to where was most comfortable. I was impressed until, a week later, the slider fell off.
The product was still under warranty so I wrote them. I wrote them 3 times; 8th &14th Jan, still within warranty and finally on the 22nd of February and I’ve heard nothing back.
Despite the delayed delivery, it looked to be a good piece of kit but ala, it is poorly made with the slider falling off after only a week and non existent customer service.
